Our Stay

Posted Nov 15, 2016
This hotel is good. There is nothing bad about it. The only negative I would say is the placement of the bed in regards to the television. Not that we watch much television anyway, but it's to the side of the bed? Odd. And we I thought we were getting a sofa also and we didn't, hence the room was smaller than most I think. Also, I went down stairs to get Starbucks and there was a huge line and ONE person taking orders and preparing them. Needless to say I didn't wait. But overall it was a fine stay for as much as we were there.

Janet, Thank you for the terrific review of your stay at the Courtyard Boulder Louisville. I can understand your disappointment with the lack of a sofa in your room. While most of our king rooms do have sofa beds, there are a limited number of rooms that do not have them. I also understand the oddity of the TV off to the side of the bed. I am sorry for the service in the bistro in the morning, we typically have additional help during the breakfast/coffee rush, however the assistant must have been busy at the time you came down. Thank you for the help feedback, with out this we would not be able to improve. Andrew D

It's nice, but it,s not in Boulder.

Pros: Very pleasant staff. Clean, comfortable.
Cons: Include a breakfast. Tell people you are in Louisville, not Boulder.
Location: Slept and moved on.
It's a lovely hotel. Has all the amenities. Clean and comfortable. I thought it was in Boulder, it's not. It's in Louisville. Breakfast is not included.

Good Location

Posted Aug 22, 2016
Pros: Everything - You can depend on a Marriott
Cons: Construction Phase - Another Elevator Too much walking down maize of hallways More room in Vanity/Sink area of bathrooms
Location: Close to Everything
Typical Marriott-Very Good-Consistent, but not 5 Star
