The overall experience was pleasant for me. However, we tried (both my husband and I) to get housekeeping to clean our room--which never happened. My husband and I both called, left our room number and asked for service which never came. We were there three nights which qualified for a cleaning. I would add that our breakfast attendant on our last day was super attentive and helpful- I thought she made up for the other issues we encountered. However, my husband is so irate he will never stay there again.

Pros: the room set up was fantastic. Our family was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was great. It was very clean. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The pool was great too. Cons: there is a daily parking fee that I didn’t know about until checking in. It is NOT quiet, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others. I could hear neighbors brushing their teeth & on Sunday morning the housekeeper cleaning the room above sounded like it was under construction.
