Great location to pearl street

We were booked in the older wing. The wing needs an upgrade. The hotel was quiet and that was perfect for us.

Hotel close to my sons apartments

It was ok. the room were clean but needs microven. always had to remind them that we need 4 towels because there is 4 of us . each time we called front office or housekeeping they didn't answer the phone. the best experience about the hotel was their restaurant. the person in charge was very pleasant and the food was delicious!

nice hotel

It was very convenient to shopping areas/dining. There were a lot of restaurants, the staff were knowledge and helpful

Not enough amenties in the room.

Pros: Just the quirkyness of it. Love the old Mid Century Modern Hotel thats been upgraded. But only one elevator working the two times I stayed there.
Cons: microwave and refrigerator would make the world of difference. Major disadvantage to comparable hotels for the price they charge.Really no ammenties.
The people that work there are great. Except for the attitudes of the front desk. You feel like you are bothering them. The bar staff is excellent! There are no amenities in the rooms. No drawers for clothes. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. MAJOR problem there with the price charged for a room. Unwelcoming staff at reception. Strange restaurant choices. A used up room service menu that looks like its been stepped on. The water in the shower wasnt hot enough. You just feel like this hotel is cutting back on amenities for what I might imagine lack of profit. It just has that feel. I love this hotel and have stayed here before but it really needs to step up is game. Its not so much about the staff. Its more about the restaurant, room amenities, and actually the elevators.

Needs Updatng but adequate

Pros: The hotel staff was very polite. The room was clean. There are restaurants available for a quick bite. Very good location in Boulder.
Cons: The entire hotel is need of updating. The bathroom door and exhaust system were the biggest issues.
Location: Great location. Easy access to expressways and the city.
The appearance of the hotel lobby was nice due to the Christmas decorations. We were greeted promptly and politely by the hotel staff. Check in was very efficient and we were directed to our room very quickly. Our room was pleasant but definitely in need of updating. We had a view of the mechanical equipment which was basically situated right in front of our balcony. The room was clean but the biggest issue was with the bathroom door and ventilation. The bathroom door was a sliding door which offered very little privacy. The ventilation was non existent. An exhaust system is definitely needed. The hotel is situated in a great location in Boulder which why we chose to stay there. If you are looking for a hotel with reasonable rates and located in a good area, this would suffice.

Close to moutains, shopping and restaurants.

It was a nice, quiet stay at this hotel. Very attentive house cleaning, great breakfast in the lounge and helpful staff. When checking in they upgraded us to a garden view, with no extra charge. However the garden was not a garden but just a bunch of dead overgrown weeds. And even though we were on the third floor all we saw were dead pine trees for our view. I would suggest cutting them down, then our view would have been the mountains in the distance which would have been more pleasing.

This hotel is smelly, unclean and no staff to help you. They only emptied our trash 1 time in 5 days, the bed was hard, pillows were for a baby crib and carpet dirty!
