Great Value!

Pros: Free parking with room, great staff, clean comfortable room, great location, very good food from a la carte menu, great room price, good internet.
Cons: Stock the bar. Either lower the price of the Sunday breakfast buffet, or improve it.
Location: Great location in Boulder.
Free parking with room, great staff, clean comfortable room, great location, very good food from a la carte menu, great room price, good internet. Only downsides... bar was out of most whiskies for too long (several days) and the breakfast buffet was not worth the price.

The hotel is located next to campus and many good restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.

In need of renovation

Been a nice hotel in its day , depressing place to stay today due to extensive renovation required , especially the decor Rooms are big enough just in need of some up to date color and fittings Staff are helpful and friendly You get what you pay for!

Clean comfortable hotel

This was a great staff, but the hotel is rather older. It has excellent food, staff, and location. The hotel air conditioning is ok. It does make it feasible, but it would be easier if the hotel rooms had a refrigerator for me to put my insulin into. I am juvenile diabetic.

Sent me to the old section far far from lobby. Elevator did t work. I dragged suitcase up stairs, looked at the shabby smelly hallway and dragged my suitcase di n again. Then found out they had renovationed rooms. They weren’t much better.

Getting old

I had a good experience. It's just that the hotel is showing it's age. The room I had was pretty nice. Its neen renovated i understand but the renovation of the common areas is looking dated. Not terrible.

Facility was overall a terrible experience

We had no cold water the entire 6 days. Hotel was having boiler problems but this is ridiculous and they should have refunded a portion of the stay. You couldn’t order room service- phone rang busy for 45 minutes. Just an overall awful experience

Very good location. Absolutely zero upkeep.

This hotel has not been maintained in years. It is obviously being planned for demolition eventually. In addition food from room service and pizza boxes were repeatedly left in hallways on the floor for days.

We had no hot water for two days!

This hotel is very old and run down. My husband I stayed here for four nights and two of those nights and days we had no hot water. The food in the restaurant was less than acceptable. The beds are very uncomfortable and we did not sleep more than a few hours over those four nights. I do not recommend this hotel.
