Charged double for room

They charged my card that a gave them to hold a $50 deposit the full rate of the room even though I paid the full rate thru Expedia prior to my stay. Now trying to get a credit/refund for the double charge. What a hassle.

No notification of pool/ hottub being closed. Cable didn't work for 90% of channels. Charged the wrong card. Said they would refund card to change other. Ended up charging more money to BOTH cards

Close to Pearl St. Mall

Pros: Comfortable bed and location.
Nice place to stay when going to the Boulder Theater. It only took us 10 minutes to walk to the theater.

Great in a pinch, not so much if looking to stay

Well, the facilities were under construction during my stay, and the workout room had been converted to the office, and the parking was also sparse due to the construction as well, but never had trouble finding a spot. I am not sure if every room had a sailing ship/ocean cabin theme, but mine did, and it was quaint, but really not necessary. I noticed one major flaw in the room itself: there were no refrigerators, and instead there were coolers all throughout the room. Pros: Staff was nice, room was clean and decorated Cons: tough to find and only one entrance/exit made it easy to miss and come back for, a little on the high side for what it was, but good in a short term stay

When we booked a quality inn room we expected something dirty and old. To our surprise, this was the cutest and cleanest cheapy hotel I've ever seen! The decor was adorable. We were very happy.

No Internet and No Bathroom

When I arrived, I discovered that there was no Internet access. The receptionist didn't realize this so I spend an hour trying to get online. I had to persuade her to do her job. Finally, I called someone and found out that the hotel didn't have a service provider. I had to work, so I spent the night at my sister's house. I spent the second night at the hotel. When I closed the bathroom door it locked, so my daughter had to go to reception in the middle of the night to get access to a toilet. A man came to repair the door at 6 am after we had been out relatively late and were both sleeping. He didn't repair the door, he just opened it. This hotel was terrible!

Everything is within walking distance!

Boulder is such a wonder city! From the hotel you can see the mountains behind you, and walk just a few blocks to a micro brewery!
