Great hotel, excellent location.

This hotel is perfectly situated near Denver, Boulder and Golen CO. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely return.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to mall and CU Boulder.

Very close to everything!

This hotel looks very new: the rooms are very modern and very clean and everything works like it is supposed to. I stayed with my son and we had a big room with 2 queen beds and it was very spacious and well designed. Our room was on the 8th (top) floor so we had a grand view. We had breakfast at the hotel in the morning and we found that the buffet was really good with lots of choices. The staff was really nice and efficient. The only problem with our stay which has little to do with the hotel is that our stay was on a Saturday night and a wedding reception was also there and people had to go back to their room at 1:30 AM and then also at 2:30 AM being drunk and singing so that the entire floor wakes up is really too bad... could that be corrected with better insulation of the door to the hallway? I am not sure...

We try to place wedding parties together on their own floor to avoid this type of situation but at times when we are near capacity it becomes difficult. From the second you walk in they make you feel welcome. The front desk staff is nice and quick. The restaurant staff was super accommodating as well. Great experience!!!!

Loved it ! Awesome and friendly front desk staff. Great staff at Flatz as well, both Sarah's , Joshua and the chef that made us omelettes and waffles in the morning with a smile. Everyone made us feel confortable and went well out of their way to please us. Great location close to everything. Expectacular views !!!

Pros: location, food and price
I stay here often with my famil ( 3/4 times per year). good location and has easy access to highway and surrounding shops and restaurants. price is very good and you get great value in this property. Kids love the pool and breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel close to mountains

However room did not face the view that I could live with furnishings were modern but tacky decorations coldest room I have ever been even with the heat up had to keep curtains closed due to air leakage around them Good buffet a bit pricey nickel and dime to have to pay for internet in today's world Staff was friendly Water at $2.50 made it seem like Vegas water

I made a last minute reservation for a family event to stay at the same hotel as my daughter and her family. I had always had good experiences at Marriott properties, so even though it cost more than I usually pay, I thought it would be nice. The staff was very kind at check in. My room was cold and did not look updated. The bed was clean but the mattress hard. The alarm clock was the wrong time (one hour early) but thankfully I set my alarm on my phone so I wasn't late for an event in the morning. When I took my shower, I noticed the tiles were covered with soap scan and the grout was dark brown in several places. In the morning I came to find out that I had the complimentary breakfast and internet access but she and her family of four did not have either. Of course four of our party of five was covered by my complimentary card for breakfast but then my son in law was charged an excessive price for his meal. They also did not have free WiFi which I have assumed was included and in my experience, has always been even in economy hotels. Overall, I felt that for a more expensive hotel catering to business and tourist clientele, not having the same services and meals for both rooms even though we booked through Orbitz seemed nickel and dime quality. Then to have the room be disappointing and frankly unprepared and unclean causes me to say I will not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.
