“Waterpark was fine but areas were dirty. Concession stand did not open when we went over a 2 day period. Arcade had many broken games. Rooms were okay and much more clean than the public areas. ”

“We were very satisfied with our room and the amenities in it. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This was our first stay with the Pointe hotel and suites and will definitely come again.”

“Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. However, once they saw someone in the room, they quickly left. Everything else was fine. But also, what happened to knocking first and announcing yourself? ”
