The pool and hot tub burned your eyes from the amount of chemicals and then was closed due to water conditions the next night. When checking in the toliet was unflushed with a turd floating.

The bed was very comfy, and room was clean. Now for the bad, toilet didn't want to flush had to have maintenance come, they offered to switch rooms but had no more kings available so opted to stay, the shower came on right away so no baths and no way to fix it, lost cable for 1 night, said they couldn't do anything no maintenance person on property, hot tub was shut down which was the main reason we stayed at this hotel the other hotels had pools but no hot tub. Not sure if I would stay here again or not, was supposed to hear from management but nothing that is why I am writing this review.

Since it was cold outside, the inside pool was a hit with our daughter. Breakfast was good and hot. Bring money for tipping the staff keeping things stocked.

Unfortunately this location is extremely dated. Metal fixtures in my room were full of rust. Furniture was extremely dated and looked to be at least ten years old. The mattress in the room was old enough that even without laying on it you could see a huge indentation in the middle that was sagging. I chose this location because of the hot tub and pulled back muscles. I could not get in the pool area and had to go the front desk for assistance. The lady there kept taking calls and waiting on other people who walked up after me because she was the only one there. Unfortunately the local road crews working in the area just added insult to injury by leaving the lobby area full of dirt and mud the next morning. I would not recommend staying here. Its extremely dated and short staffed.

We used this hotel as a jumping off point to see a concert at the United Center in Chicago. Easy access to the interstate, quieter and much more affordable than amything in Chicago itself. Great staff.

I enjoyed staying here. I will make it my regular stopping point on trips to Michigan. The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, not great, but good for the price of the room. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and close to shopping and restaurants
