Decent hotel

The rooms were good, clean. The breakfast was good, however the tables needed to be cleaned more often and the trash needs to be taken out more often. Both mornings trash was over flowing and front desk attendant was trying to take care of breakfast and the front desk. Needs to be 2 seperate people.

Blood stains on pillows

We requested new pillows after discovering ours smelled like body odor. After the staff told us there were no more pillows, they handed us some pillow covers. When we took off the pillow covers, the pillows underneath had bloodstains from who knows what. Would not recommend staying here.

Overall good hotel

Pros: right off expressway and close to restaurants. Staff!
Cons: Our room did have dead bugs in it in bathroom as well as corners in bathroom had a buildup of dirt
Location: We got in late at night did not realize everything that was around. Mall across the road. Husband loved the fact he three coffee shops in area
For the money was a good stay. Easy on and off expressway. Lots of restaurants and shopping in area. The staff was very friendly. They have a good breakfast. Was overall satisfied with the stay.

Nice, Clean & Quiet

We were in town for a birthday party and just needed a spot to sleep after the event This hotel is nothing fancy, but clean and had all new carpet in the common areas. I didn't use the shower and didn't eat the free breakfast - so can't comment on that. When you put the address into GPS it still says Hampton Inn.

The pool is not working. The treadmill was not working. It just was not what we had expected. The breakfast was not very good

Overall great hotel

Pros: I liked the hotel overall.
Cons: The tub needs a mat it is too slippery. Or at least a mat to step on when you get out of the tub. The pillows need some firmness to them.
Location: It was a good location but need restaurants nearby more or room service.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. I needed like 3 of them for my head. The tub was very slippery I was afraid I was going to fall. When you get out of the tub the tile floor was even more slippery. They need a mat on the outside to step on. Someone might fall.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff. Our room was spacious. I was completely creeped out by a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. The good news was that it was dead. Cold dead, lying on it's back. I thoroughly checked the bedding and room for alive bugs and found no others. The pool was dated, but usable. We are a family with 4 teenagers and they did not care about the de'core and just enjoyed swimming/playing in the water. Breakfast was fine, including hot items.

Ok for the price

Air conditioner made alot of noise. Towels not soft like using sand paper.check in time too late for people arriving early.

hotel close to shopping

Very nice, comfortable and clean suites. Located on the road around the mall. Slight problem with the back door not accepting the key to unlock back door and the 1st night, the front lobby door was locked and it took 25 minutes for someone to let me in. The second night the key did not work but lobby doors were open. The indoor pool is rather small and no bathrooms in the room. Big enough for the smaller grandchildren... good value for a reasonable price.

Nice Independent Hotel

Very nice independent hotel. Obviously, they have bought a building from a chain, but they have kept up the building very nicely. Very clean. Good breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.
