Nice Hotel BUT Not for The Disabled

After checking the internet AND Barcelo direct for advise on choosing a disabled room for my wife. We were given a room at the top of a block furthermost away from the main hotel facilities. The shower was not roll-in as advised and in fact had a step that my wife found difficult to attempt without assistance.

Stayed here twice and will definitely be returning next year . Staff make your stay very comfortable and I would highly recommend the spa and all the staff

Luxurious hotel with great location and nice helpful staff . Needs to change the time of the dinner until 10:00 pm not 9:30 pm . The business office doesn't have printer you need improvement. Thanx

Not a 5 star hotel. Would give it 3 star. Room ok, but lacked any welcome from hotel staff. In a separate anex where the corridor smelt badly of waste water. The place was really scruffy. outside door failed to work on the majority of occasions for lots of guests who kept getting stuck outside. Disappointed.
