“It’s right in the center of Broad Street with a really nice cafe downstairs that’s open at 7:00am every day and has fantastic homemade bacon breakfast burritos. The room is clean and beautiful. I had some difficulty at first getting into the building and into my room with the respective codes. The trick is to wait until the door entirely stops buzzing and only then push it open. “We rented a chalet which was very old and had a very musty smell to it, it was not clean it all. There were cobwebs in corners, dirty sinks, and the handrails and Banister rails to the stairs and Loft have never been washed down. After wiping it down three times there was still dirt on it as well as dust and cob web in between the bannister rails. Although our reservations got severely mixed up the staff was very good and kind about resolving it and refunding the double charges that I……

“The cottages and property were very outdated. The sofa bed mattress was disgusting with black spots of mold or I don’t know on it so we didn’t have my son sleep in it and just cover the couch which also appeared outdated. There were some towels that were dirty and various holes in th bedrooms. My kids were a fraud to sleep in the bed b/c of how run down the property and place was. Luckily we only stayed one night.”
