Lovely hotel

Pros: Very clean and central to everything in Bournemouth
Cons: More vegetarian choices at breakfast - including hash browns
A lovely stay in a very clean hotel. I did however ask for a room on a high level when I booked. When I checked in they said they hadn't been able to accommodate me and I was on the 1st floor but when I asked if they had any other rooms they said they had one on the 4th floor I could have? So why not put me there in the first place?

Ideal location, only downside was coffee making facilities in room, don’t know whether it was the water but tasted foul and totally undrinkable

Expect better from a Ramada

Pros: Polite staff
Cons: Employ a chef who can cook a steak
Whilst the room was really nice it was also freezing cold. There was an air conditioning unit in the room so I set it to max temerature (24 degrees) and 2 hours later was still cold. The bathroom was also very nice but unfortunately colder than the room itself. I decided to eat in at the hotel and went for a Tiger Prawn started and rump steak for a main. The starter was delicious but at £6.95 expensive for 4 prawns a bit of salad and a mild chilli dip. The main course though was another matter. I asked for my steak rare, it came medium to well and tough as old boots. The chips tasted like they had been re-heated. The peas and large mushroom were fine. The only good thing I can say is that the staff were polite.

Good clean jotel

Overall this hotel was very good. Very clean everywhere. Very comfortable beds. Two aspects let it down slightly. The staff could have acknowledged us better when we arrived - a training issue. The breakfast on the first day was not organised and the toaster machine was very poor. The second breakfast was better But overall it was good and I would stay there again.

Two night stay here - it was clean, quiet and reception staff were friendly and very efficient. Great to also have free parking and fast wifi! Good value for money too. We will definitely stay again.

Pros: Faultless
Cons: Nothing
Location: Close to everything, 10 mins walk to seafront or city centre and loads of places to eat and drink.
Enjoyable Christmas break, couldn't fault the hotel and staff at all, would stay there again. Close to everything, no need to use the car.
