It stinks

The room smelled of urine that would not go away. It may have been from a pet but not sure. Carpets need to be cleaned often to refresh the rooms. Electrical outlets didn't work properly and need to be replaced.

The hotel is very far from the FrenchQuarter, but it is in a quiet and safe area.The pool in horrible and the breakfast is very poor.Towels were clean but not the bed sheets.

Comfortable, clean, accommodating staff

Staff was very welcoming and friendly and accommodating - room was clean and comfortable - I requested a particular room and they worked it out for me - breakfast had many options. All in all, a dependable and comfortable place to stay.

Quiet Location

If you don't want to stay in New Orleans, the scenery around this hotel is gorgeous.

Unhelpful night desk person

We had problems with check in , in the middle of the night, we were tired and annoyed. The front desk person did not want to give us a room stating that we did not have a reservation , made us wait 30 min , charge us for the room in person at another rate , when I called hotels. com she talked to her and honored the reservation and returned the double charge

Staff, very friendly and very helpful with changes to stay dues to Hurricane Irma. If in the area, I would stay here again. Even when our dog got lose, very helpful on retrieving him.
