Beds were a little too firm. Hotel staff lacked friendliness. Condom wrapper left on our floor---cringe worthy.

Perfect for an Overnight Stay

Pros: Rooms were clean
Cons: Nothing
Location: Right off of I-65
The hotel is fresh and clean, staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast and Wifi were good as well. perfect for an overnight stay

Don't know how to rate this place.....rented 2 rooms....room 1was ok, but room 2 had some kind of bugs that ate the heck out of my sons' back....it's a crap shot what kind of room you'll get

Disappointed in our stay

Pros: Cleaning Staff
Cons: Staff friendliness and Staff eye contact. Better breakfast quality, flavored coffee creamers
We were not impressed with this hotel or its staff. Very poor eye contact and don't recall being greeted or asked about our stay, day, or room once. The room smelled musty but appeared clean. Breakfast food was low quality. This is the only hotel we have ever been to that had no coffee creamer flavors. Dining area was used to fold towels instead of in the back and unseen. Pool still under repair but we booked this hotel 2mo ago. Easy access to highway and cleaning staff were friendly being 2 pluses. We won't be back to this hotel.

Refused to honor confirmation from expedia

this hotel refused to honor a confirmation from expedia even though expedia had an acknowledgment from the property. they said they had overbooked at a higher rate. no help from either the hotel or expedia.

Surprisingly descent considering its location

Excellent spot for a spot to stay in at nights for an event. Room i stayed in had a microwave and small fridge

Blood stains

Blood stains on pillows, feet black from the carpet, bed hard as a rock, and when I told the front desk they said oh okay, what room. It was like pulling teeth to get a sorry.

Close to the freeway without the freeway noise.

Pros: It was a fair deal for the price I paid.
Cons: You will have to pay me a consultant's fee for that.
Location: There is a mall and eateries within one mile.
I was initially put into a room where prior customers must have smoked. The hotel has a no smoking policy that it does not enforce. After complaining, they moved me to a better room. In this room, the TV was not working.

quality inn redo

Pros: close to all the sites we wanted to see
Cons: the staff did a good job with what had if pools and spas are not working it should noted at the time of reservations and also advise about no elevator
Location: close to interstate but enough distance to reduce the noise, caves and corvettes parks and museums
upon arrival we found our rooms to be on the second floor. we were not told when we made our reservations that there was no elevator. we were not told that the pool was closed and that there was no spa as advertised. the clerk made changes to put us on the first floor the next day..we had made reservations for my sister in law and her husband and the clerk put them on the second floor and they had to be moved down also. the clerk put them in a no smoking room and gave us the adjoining room which was not and the room smelled very bad. the ac unit worked but was very loud.the tv system was not working well and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. at no time during our stay was the pool worked on giving the impression that no one cared if it ever got repaired this site must have been an old quality inn that is what came up on the on the tv screen each time it was turned on.

Easy stop to break up a trip

Pros: Convenience/price.
Location: Just a place to lay our heads for the night. Couldn't tell you about nearby attractions. Very convenient to highway.
The place was nice, and convenient to highway/restaurants/gas stations. I wished the curtains were more blocke out than they were, and I think every hotel has louder than necessary air conditioners. A fridge was present (bonus) and the beds were comfy. The sink is outside of the toilet, which can be practical, depending how you look at it. Sadly, the pool was under repairs, and my kids were looking forward to a dip. The continental breakfast was typical. This same trip we stayed at another hotel in another town, and their breakfast was the bomb!! Way more options, but as I said, this was typical, and it fed us. No complaints. The sink had some black, mildew flakes that would splash out from the rim. I understand this may happen in my own house at home, but I'd expect more paying for a hotel. I wasn't freaked out by it, just disappointed. Everything else seemed pretty clean though!
