Noise noise noise

I am not very picky about my hotel stays. I just expect cleanliness, quiet, and a comfortable bed. I can even be forgiving on the bed, because there are different types of characteristics to mattresses and such. We stayed on Labor Day weekend. The hotel was pretty full. After trying to sleep with the loud party next door, I called HOtel service and reported the noise and asked for a different room. After the customer service person told me that there were no vacancies, I asked for her name so when I called corporate HQ, I would have a name to match the experience. After giving me her name, there was magically another room available. And we slept for several hours before being awakened by our new neighbors' dogs, howling and barking as their owners went out for breakfast. Never again will I stay here. Thanks

Great staff no real problems nice eati g area too

Pros: Easy to see from the highway. Nice breakfast and seating inside amd out.
Location: Close to shopping, Cabelas, malls, restaurants too.
We liked the stay here and thiught it was a great place close to everthing.

Very family friendly, excellent staff

The hotel was very clean, great location and very family friendly. The breakfast was the best - daily choices and the lady that worked the breakfast area was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed talking to her sooo much.

Good hotel, but with cold showers

Stayed a few nights; the rooms were very comfortable and clean, with one major hitch...no hot water. Only one morning out of three, my family got lukewarm for sinks and shower in the morning...the rest were downright chilly. The front desk acknowledged the issue with the explanation that there were only two water heaters. That being the case, I recommend the hotel purchase another one quick to fix the issue, thank you!

Nice Hotel Close to Interstate

My room was nice, appeared to be a suite when I only paid for a standard room. Breakfast was only okay, but it was enough not to have to eat elsewhere. My only complaint is that the shower had a lot of hair from a former occupant. I didn't notice until I was in the shower and we were about to leave so there was nothing to do. The rest was nice and clean.

Fine. No problems

Pros: Breakfast was great!
Cons: Work to remedy problem with wet floors from pool, Also, TV & some equipment in exercise room need attention.
Location: Lots of restaurants, etc.
All OK. Check in & check out were fine. That's all I want to add.

In town for softball tournament

Staff was friendly and efficient, our room looked and smelled clean. The cost was surprisingly low in contrast to the service. We would definitely stay there again!

Will not return.

Under renovation and noisy. Room we booked was not available. Room we got was nice but coffee maker was broken. Staff said they would bring a new one and never showed up. There was an HBO schedule left under the TV remote but HBO was not an option on the TV menu. Staff left us with the impression they did not really care. Expedia did refund us $50 for our trouble.

It was a great hotel and experience. The bed and couch were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was nice, too. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice and the hours to use it were great. The hotel staff were friendly, too.
