Very good value

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast better than average, close to I-65, restaurants and gas stations. Book early if you want a non-smoking room.

Good for a very quick stop

Pros: it was relatively clean and 65$. The night desk women was a KY girl and she was very personable. The Mexican restaurant nearby is excellent.
Cons: Breakfast is worthless. I booked on Expedia and my room door was about 50 yards from a big semi repair garage that had trucks running all night. I think they make a lot less when booked on Expedia so they give those reservations the rooms that are extra noisy. noisy.
Location: Eat.

Room was clean and nice. Check in staff was very friendly. Morning staff not as friendly and breakfast was a waste. Muffins and biscuits were hard as a rock, Cereal was stale, and coffee was cold.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, we got a good price for our room. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Very easy to get to off the interstate. I would stay there again if in the area.

Not Happy

When we made our reservation we didn't realize that all rooms are reached from outside and there was no elevator to the 2nd floor. So we did not reserve a 1st floor room even though we were traveling with someone with physical issues making it difficult to maneuver stairs. At check-in, we asked and were told that the hotel was full and they could not accommodate our request for a 1st floor room. All 3 nights that we were there, there were never more than 2 other cars in the parking lot besides ours and never any other people around. At least our side of the hotel seemed VERY empty.

Totally uncomfortable!

Bed was old and lumpy. Pillows were tiny and lumpy. Food was very minimal, cold,and awful. Staff guy barely spoke English and didn't want to talk or deal with people. There was 2 tiny, very worn towels. Woke up with bug bites!

Worst Hotel Room Ever

Pros: Front desk clerk
Cons: Have pet friendly rooms that are clean and carpet that is not stained.
Location: It is next to a huge truck stop, close to the interstate.
We travel a lot and this is not the hotel chain we use. We always have our cocker spaniel with us, so that automatically puts us in a room that is considered a "pet room". I understand that people have allergies and have to get a room that has not had a dog in it; but why can't pet friendly rooms also mean a clean room? Sending us to a room with multiple stains on the carpeting and the smell of a room freshner us an insult. We will never go back there.
