Our stay would be rated higher, but glass was broke in the pool and our toddler daughter stepped in it. I understand accidents happen so we weren't too upset by this and informed the hotel who quickly shut the pool down for cleaning. However, the following day we went to the pool and found glass shards so big around the edges of the pool that they were visible to us from the opposite end of the room. Clearly the situation wasn't taken care of effectively and our kids' safety was at risk again.
