Nasty inside. Outside and web pics are deceiving

Toilet seat dirty Toenails on carpet Cigarette butts in hallway floor Coffee pot & microwave nasty Spiders in room Gross place! Will never stay again or recommend to anyone!

This stay was not a good experience. From the time we arrived it wasn't good. There was paint cans and ladders in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling, no shower curtain. When staff was asked about it they said they would be up soon. No one showed up. They brought a shower curtain and laid it outside the door. Also they said if we could live with it they would credit us a nights stay. Still no credit. Not a good experience. Will never stay there again. Don't recommend.

Pros: Best thing were the beds. They were fairly comfortable.
Expedia stated there was free breakfast. THERE WAS NOT! The wall HVAC system did not work well. Room was freezing. Turned on the heat and it smelled like burning flesh. Turned heat back off but smell did not go away. I have stayed in bad hotels but I believe that this was the worst. Will definitely not trust Expedia or stay at a Home-Towne Suites again.

No elevator if you need to carry out heavier stuff to your room and their is no pool or no breakfast included like the information that is given on the website

Cons: When reserving a room, it would be beneficial to note that there is nobody at a front desk after 8 pm.
Arrived at the hotel only to find that the office was closed (8:15 pm). There was a number to call, but no answer...had to go somewhere else.

Pros: the manager lived on site and came quickly to help us after we called and checked in late.
Cons: Not have the hallways smell
The hotel desk staff is amazing. The room was basic and clean. It bothered me the staff had to muscle open our door. The kids did not feel safe after that. We also found used cups beside our bed. It was a little gross in that way. Could not beat the price.

The afternoon staff didn't show i had to call corporate to check in. I waited 45min. The room was dirty...there was blood in the tub and a used razor blade on top of the shower
