Great stay

We were extremely tired. Got great rate on Expedia before midnight. Hotel was super clean. Beds were nice and comfy. I would give this hotel a 5 star rating !!! Was pleasantly surprised !!

Noisy

Cons: Sound proofing the room windows.
My room was extremely noisy. What I mean is that the noise of vehicles going by on the roads just roared and echoed in my room terribly. There must be no sound deadening at all. I laid awake for hours until I remembered I had ear plugs in my car. I would not stay there again for this reason.

My kids and I stayed here two nights on our way to Florida and back. The first stay was very unpleasant. I was at the pool and felt very uncomfortable as men were drinking and continuously walking by and staring. Maybe just a paranoid mom, but was uncomfortable enough to go back to the room instead. Also, there were people outside our room area, late at night, yelling someone's name. This woke me up multiple times. The second stay was much quieter and more pleasant. I was able to sleep through the night. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would consider staying here again.

one night stay on our way to Wisconsin from Florida it was very comfortable and we fell right to sleep. Front desk clerk was very friendly would stay again in the future

Very nice staff and service. Could use a facelift. Also, I left my watch and they made a HUGE effort to get it back to me. KUDOS! So appreciative!!!!

Tolerable

Needs maintained properly. Bathroom smelled like urinal. Loud bar across street.Walls had damage. Overall not very clean.

A thief amongst staff/Don't stay here

My husband and I did a weekend getaway. Surely one I have regretted. I took my wedding band off passed down from his deceased mom next day I realized I left it. Housekeeping stole my ring. I hate dishonest people. Mgmnt did nothing. When you work hard in life and someone representing the co. you can't trust to turn it in. Don't stay anywhere where the staff's integrity is questionable. I've never had a bad experience like this.

we didn't find nothing from the room, and who would forget their ring. After that who removes there ring when its this expensive. People need to stop lying and start working for it. I hope you don't come back with us, I am really sorry to say this. have an nice day!!

Not Quality at all

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is more like a motel. Checking in with the night staff was cold and unwelcoming. The walls are so thin I could hear cars driving up, my neighbor coughing and sniffling, and conversations right outside the door (the hotel rooms are all accessible from outside). The room smelled foul, the refrigerator was loud, covered inside with mold, difficult to turn off due to the nasty fact that the back of the fridge/dresser hasn't been cleaned since the building first went up. Only select areas were vacuumed and "cleaned". The towels were so thin you could see through them and the area around the tub was black. The only bright side was that the night was short (checked in late and left early), and the bed was clean.

I was disappointed in the room for the price I paid. Hair was on the sink and in the bathtub. Just not kept up good. Lobby area was nice but the room wasn't.
