Hotel staff was excellent check-in check-out was fast room cleanliness was very good only drawback is parking but adds to the security of the hotel stay was very pleased

The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. Comfortable bedding and breakfast was as expected. Juice coffee bagels cereal fruit. Would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

I was surprised that there were no grab handles in the bath tub and the anti-slip decals had worn off so the floor of the tub was very slippery.

Was difficult to carry luggage up steps to 2nd floor. Otherwise the overnight was very comfortable.

I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and arrived after a long 8 1/2 hour drive... I had booked a room with 2 queen beds since there was 6 adults in my group, but we only wanted to pay for one room. The front desk person told me they were "booked" and would only give me a room with a king size bed. He basically told me my booking was false, even after showing him the confirmation of 2 queen beds through expedia. I demanded he accommodate me, as it was St. Patty's day and every other hotel would've been booked if I tried to go there at midnight, on top of expedia charging a cancellation fee if I were to cancel.. In return he gave me a blank stare as if he expected me to just leave. I again demanded he accommodate me, and after 30 minutes of arguing, he finally gave me 2 rooms. Still waiting to be billed to make sure he didn't charge me extra for THEIR mistake. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and room was clean, but I will certainly not take the chances to return again.

The hotel was ok. Good staff, the bathroom had some mold. Overall not bad
