Stayed while visiting Mammoth Cave, great location to town and Cave. Hotel had a wonderful Breakfast, front desk was very pleasant. Hotel was spotless, and we are very picky!

We stayed here while we toured Mammoth Caves, it was excellent! The hotel was clean, the rooms were large and it was peacefully quiet. Would highly recommend!!

Didn’t like how they advertised a pool and hot tub when neither we’re working!!! But still charged the same price as others that did have working pool and hot tub. Probably will not stay there again.

Everything was perfect. My only concern was the lack of breakfast options. Also, no complaints-but FYI, the pool is small and seems more suitable for kids than adults.

When I went up to the room there was a Bobby pin in the chair but that wasn’t a big deal. The next morning I got up & took a shower & there was a wash rag in the shower curtain. I don’t know if they are suppose to change the shower curtain every time but it was not this time. That’s not the first time that has happened there. Then I go down for breakfast & they don’t even have scrambled eggs & sausage anymore. Very disappointing for the money I paid to stay there!

We stayed for one night and upon entering the lobby smelled very strongly of cigarettes and pool chlorine, thankfully this smell did NOT continue to the rooms and our room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the TV was very small, but the beds were cozy and the thermostat actually kept the room a good temp which helped us all sleep well. The pool was comically small, there were about 10 kids under 10 in there and it was maxed out; this did not deter my kids from having a great time. Breakfast was very mediocre, waffles and cold cereal. Overall it was a fine stay.

The room are not clean and we were moved from a Suite to a regular room because there was poop stains on the comforter and the room had not been cleaned.

The breakfast was stale. The bread was old and there really wasn't that much more. Our first room had noisy a/c, so we switched rooms and they were very easy about it. The next morning, they harassed us twice to ask when we were leaving despite the fact that we were out before the 11:00 checkout time.

Very clean, modern, well stocked breakfast
Very modern and updated. We stayed two nights. The breakfast was well stocked and maintained even during busy times with hard boiled eggs, and you could make your own waffles. It's the "real" breakfast with the eggs! We had no issues and would highly recommend. Easy and convenient parking as well..

A nice stay!
Overall it is a pleasant experience. The only disappointment is we were told the breakfast would be from 7 to 10 when we checked on a Thursday night, but when we showed up at 9:30 the following morning, the breakfast was all gone. Then we learned that time frame is only for weekends. I was able to get two bagels from the service staff as she was cleaning up in the kitchen.

Nice stay
Our room was very comfortable & clean, breakfast fair, really nice shower. Hotel overall is nice we didn’t try the pool, we have stayed here before we haul our bikes with us and feel safe about leaving them on the car here.

I like coming here, to Bowling Green, because it is quiet. Yes there are still highways full of busy traffic but the noise didnt make it into the room. Great Hotel Great Staff
