Customer service staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is filthy. Lots of garbage collecting in hallways. Bathroom was dirty and rooms were basically disgusting. Stains on floors, furniture, and sheets. What appeared to be bodily fluids on walls. Refrigerator was filthy. No ice available except for through coke machine in breakfast area. Breakfast attendant is delightful.

We booked the two bedroom suite and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. That was very handy. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice and all the staff were very friendly. We took our small dog. In the rear of this hotel is a side walk that walks along a wooded and park like area that is perfect for our furry family members. I'll stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. The only small issue was that the main elevator was not working, but the building had a rear elevator that was still working, so it didn't really cause any big issues, other than having to walk a few small distance to that spot.

Roomy space and friendly service
Fantastic service - employees were not just friendly, but were very outgoing and fun. We had one maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly with a friendly employee.

Very disappointing, dirty walls with halls, stains on sofa. It was 3 of us, but we had only 2 towels and had to ask for the third one. Kitchen utensils were awful, not a single frying pan, 2 forks and 2 spoons. Had to ask for a frying pan and they gave us dirty, old one, I would be super embarrassed to even show it to anybody. Asked for at least one more fork and they only could offer plastic one. Cabinets falling apart and not closing. Dirty sink and bath tub, shower head almost didn't work, taking a shower was real challenge . Never would stay in this place again and don't recommend to anyone.

This was my second time staying at this location and I was a little disappointed. Front desk staff and check in were excellent but the halls and room conditions were not like my last visit. 2nd floor hall had a strong urine smell. Carpet in room was moderately stained as was the sectional sofa. Ceiling of bathroom appeared to have water damage. Toilet appeared to have a burn stain on inside of lid and the commode was lopsided in a sense. Kitchen area was clean with no issues and fully stocked, which was nice. Bed was not comfortable to me. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of items. I would not stay again only because the rooms seemed to have gone down hill from when I stayed a few years ago. Disappointing because the area/location is perfect and puts you close to everything but I prefer better room conditions for my hotel stay.
