Pool

Deff an out of the way place the best part was the pool area really nice . There were so many rooms on two levels all seerounding the pool you couldn't help but have the feeling you were being watched . Maybe that was the intent . I really enjoyed it very relaxing . Have there been any similar questions ? I would be curios to know thanks !

They run out of hot water when too many stay at one time. There was a bus tour group and they had a schedule to leave at a certain time. They must have all showered around the same time frame and the hot water ran out for all guests.

Good value

This was the best hotel we could find near the interstate from NYC to ME. Everything was in good order. Bathroom/furniture was a bit dated, but clean and orderly. Breakfast not included, but reasonably priced.

We stayed at this hotel with our two dogs. We appreciate that it is a pet-friendly hotel, and also that it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I had a knee injury, so we decided to order room service, and we were very impressed that the dinners were not only excellent, but reasonably priced. They also have a nice, uncrowded pool in a big indoor courtyard. Highly recommended.

Old hotel needs updating.

Would not stay again. Rooms are old and mold in the bathroom. Carpets stained and furniture old and chipped.

Dirty rooms

We're usually not picky but there are times when things are not acceptable. If we hadn't been on a tight schedule due to a wedding then we would have definitely spoken with management. Within 10 minutes we found two spiders in the room. Then we discovered wet towels in the bathroom on the floor. Then we saw that the trash had never been emptied or coffee replenished. The bathroom trash was disgusting. Again, if we hadn't been on a tight schedule we would have said something but unfortunately we didn't have any time to spare to fight for a room that was clean. Needless to say, if we ever are in the area again for a wedding we will not be staying here.

Best Service

Traveling with an infant we had items that needed to be refridgerated. As soon as I spoke with the front desk the upgraded us to a bigger room, which was great because we were traveling with a total of 6. We also arrived late, but my kids wanted to use the pool and they kept it open for us so my kids could swim a little longer.

decent - would stay there again

charged my debit card 2X my room rate for incidentals had a quick bite at the millenium cafe (attached to hotel) need to up the craft beer selections (new manager agreed)
