Nice hotel,by a great little town

Nice refurbished hotel, clean, very nice hostess that ran it. Bed was good, still firm. Great Mexican place downtown, lot of older, well maintained buildings downtown. Good architecture and cool neon signs

Very disappointing

Location: No decent address - hard to locate
Worst place we stayed in our whole vacation. Only place left in the area - Very disappointing

I am so sorry you felt our humble home away from home was disappointing. We work very hard to make our rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. We are situated away from the busy interstate nestled within walking distance to downtown. We take pride to ensure our guests have everything they need and information to where they are going. I am so sorry we were the last resort for your stay, being the gateway to the North entrance to the park keeps us all very busy during the summer travel season. Conveniently located.

Pros: Pleasant staff, clean.
Cons: Room was a bit small, but comfortable.
Location: Close to excellent dining, quaint little downtown, service station.
Although across the road from the RR tracks, was not a noise problem. Clean; remodeled fixtures.

Ripoff

This gyp joint charged me over $150 for a room with no hair dryer, no shampoo, ancient towels, a very noisy air conditioner, and only one tiny lamp (no lamp on the desk). Also, no breakfast offered, and the exterior stairs, etc. are clad with shabby AstroTurf. Avoid.

So sorry your stay with us was less than stellar. You and my boss both just hate that green astro turf, since we have secured a good handyman, we hope to replace it soon. We have tried providing a small staple for our guests to no avail therefore this year we opted to allow the wonderful restaurants of Livingston do provide you a great array of dishes. I do have hair dryers, irons and an ironing board available at the desk. This is our first year on property and do appreciate your feedback so we may fix many of your issues. Again, I am sorry your stay was not more pleasurable.

Last minute stay!

The hotel needs to be remodeled/updated. You'll be staying in a box sized room. Enough to sleep, shower and go. It's overpriced. The location is sketch. Across from railroad station and this loud auto mechanic shop. Stayed 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone and never had towels in the room. We had to get them from the office. This place is overpriced. Consider staying closer to Yellowstone next time. Probably get a better rate and nice hotel for the same price.

I am horrified your stay was less than stellar. I so apologize for the missing towels. This issue has been corrected and safety measures are in place so this does not occur. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, comfortable, newly painted and carpeted, updated door systems, modern bedding, crisp sheets and pillow cases with an awesome staff to make your stay pleasurable. Yes, Livingston is a railroad town, once a thriving rail system into Yellow Stone, we offer a great museum about the railroad as well. As for the auto shop, the owners young son is proudly restoring an old off road truck and certainly the muffler issue is annoying at best. This issue has been dealt with and I do so apologize for the unnecessary noise.

I do so apologize your stay was less than stellar. We cannot do much about the constraints of the current building model, however we have tried to make up for some of the inconveniences in comfort, updated amenities, friendly staff, clean rooms, ascetically pleasing exterior and warmth of the interior designs. Some devises have had issues with our provider some apps and firewalls have interfered with strong signal, we placed signal boosters around the property to enhance your signals as well.
