Our hotel shuttle is reserved by a guest with advance notice by calling the hotel. The room is large with a sitting area, couch and TV in the front end, bedroom in back. Clean! and not dingy or outdated. Great value for the price, will do it again!

The TV could not get the channels.
Bulb was out at the desk.
Lightning was fluorescent and could not apply my makeup. At 3:30 no fresh coffee in the kitchen.

The property was under construction and the first room I was given had the furniture piled in the middle of the floor. No big deal. We ended up in the "being renovated" section. Not awful, but it would have been nice to have a discount for the inconvenience.
SO much weed smoke EVERY time we were around the hotel - I had to put a towel under our door so It didn't waft in. Some other events included people bringing in 3 cases of Corona at noon, people talking VERY LOUDLY at 2:00 a.m., and sounds of a LIVE porn film next door at 4:00 p.m. Lets just say I will NOT be staying there again. Oh, and I could not call the front desk because the phones were down in the whole wing. Oy Vey!

Considering the price, it was fine. It had vey high star reviews on Expedia and I wouldn’t give it that high. Half of the downstairs has recently been renovated so I’d give that side 5 stars, but we were put in the old side where the carpet is very dirty looking and there seems to be painted over mould in the bathroom. Little things add up like no shampoo in the bathroom, no towels by the pool, pretty weak breakfast. All that being said it was a cheap price and that was my priority for a quick sleep on a long drive.

I liked the size of the room, the front desk staff and breakfast.
However, the room was DIRTY, it was Christmas night and we didn't see the bad condition it was in when we arrived because it was dark and we were tired and just went to bed. When I went to take a shower, there was dirt and hair in the tub. My husband cleaned it out so I could shower. The tub wouldn't drain and I told the front desk. It was fixed by the time we got back to the room. On our way to check out my husband noted that it appeared as if someone had thrown liquid all over the wall over the bed we did not sleep in. Very disappointing.

I booked because they advertise an airport shuttle. Per their instructions, I tried to call several times to arrange the necessary shuttle and they never answered the phone. When I arrived and requested the shuttle service, the guy at the counter said that it didn’t start running as early as I needed it and to a taxi. I could have booked a better hotel or better price except I needed the airport shuttle. They should not advertise what they are not willing to offer. Had the room charge been refundable, I would have walked out and went somewhere else.

our stay at your hotel......
The room was realy small,when taking A shower, water would not drain, standing in water over your ankles, the same for the sink, the heater was realy noisy...not the greatest breakfast!!! Could not believe one elevator for that great big Hotel!!

No complaints, I wanted a cheap place to rest for the night and this was it. No frills, definitely worn/dated, but for a night? Fine. Nice staff, breakfast as expected. Location is OK, but a little noisy from cars.

My sister and I stayed here at the end of October 2023. The stay was fine, no big issues but three things stuck out that we were a little surprised with. First, we went to put food in the fridge and there was a plastic bowl still in the freezer from someone else. Second, the shower drained sooo slowww like it was clogged. Lastly, my sister thought she was smelling cat urine every so often in her bed and thought nothing of it until she found a cat toy up against the bottom of the bed on our last night there.

WOW, thank you for the 5 out 5. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. We hope you had time to enjoy the indoor heated pool. We look forward to seeing you again.
Room was pretty disgusting.
The bathroom was dirty with a lot of hair in the bathtub and a strong odor of urine the entire stay.
There were stains on most of the furniture, towels, and linens (I actually think there was blood on the sheets and some towels).
Wi-Fi did not work most of the time, so I ended up buying a lot of data for my phone.
Vending machines did not work, just ate my money.
They make the housekeeping team work until after 10:00 P.M. and it was very noisy while trying to sleep.
Will never go back to this hotel.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub/sauna. The jets in the hot tub could have been better. Rooms could have better lighting too dark. Overall we had a good stay. Enjoyed the breakfast waffles. Especially the Pumpkin flavor.

The staff was a little rude. An employee named Sarah was eating the free breakfast which is fine but she kept butting in front of me and bumping into me and then would give me a dirty look. It was super unprofessional. Also the girl who was serving up the food was very dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke.

Likes: very close to an excellent and event center. Ease of access to the interstate.
Dislikes: very poor internet connection and very LOUD heating system! We couldn't even hear the tv & it kept waking us up at night!

The first room assigned to us, had not been cleaned feom the previous guest. The second room, the bathtub/shower had not been cleaned. The pool was closed due to a guest throwing a pizza in the pool.
