A Great Value

Posted Jan 26, 2016
Very good value. Rooms are basic but the hotel has a very nice pool and fitness area. The cook to order breakfast is really great. We always stay here when visiting our daughter at MSU.

Middle of the action

Posted Jan 25, 2016
Location: close to events and to great dining.
The stay was great-- went to the Museum of the Rockies and to the Skijouring event. pool was great, the sauna was out of order, no one to answer questions on its condition. Breakfast staff great along with food.

Close to the convention we were attending.

Pros: Large breakfast area or just a place to read and drink coffee.
Location: Location is within walking distance to a number of eateries.
Pleasant and accommodating. The hot breakfast was a bonus. Front desk was willing to keep our bags for us because our meetings continued until noon and check out was at 11:00.

Falsely advertised free shuttle service

Posted Jan 24, 2016
Pros: It is next to a Best Western Hotel which had a wonderful restaurant. This is where we should have stayed.
Cons: The hotel could develop an 'Honesty Policy', where they honour services which are advertised. The unused hotel's shuttle vehicle sat parked out front.
Location: There's not much to tell, unless you have your own transport.
Several days prior to our arrival an email was forwarded to the hotel, via Expedia, advising of our arrival flight details as the hotel advertises a free shuttle service to and from the local airport. Upon our arrival no shuttle service was waiting. Contacted hotel, they knew nothing of it and no one was available to pick us up. We had to make our own way to the hotel via contacting a taxi service at our expense. The next day we requested use of the free shuttle service to local areas which is advertised in addition to the free shuttle service to and from the airport. This advertised service is one of the main reasons why we stayed there. We were advised by the Reception desk that the local service was stopped some time ago, and doubted this being offered on the internet. As a result we had to make our own way around via walking, taxi or bus. I showed the receptionist the advertising of this free local shuttle service on the internet and she was going to advise her Supervisor. After several days when I inquired what her Supervisor's response was, she said she hadn't seen her Supervisor yet. A rather strange situation. On one of our days we had to walk one mile in snow carrying our ski gear to the bus transport service to the local snow fields, we had expected the falsely advertised free local shuttle service to be utilised. A week after our stay there the hotel still falsely advertises a free local shuttle service? Hence, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Nice Hotel - indifferent Staff

Posted Jan 14, 2016
A clean, nice hotel. Inexpensive - until I had to spend half the cost of a night's stay on a taxi when the Staff changed the time of the airport shuttle. Though I reserved an early morning shuttle, another guest later asked for a later departure. And the hotel complied. Shocked in the morning to find I'd miss my flight, I asked if they'd be able to adjust the shuttle - "No, that wouldn't be convenient" was the reply.

The room was clean and the service was courteous. The hotel overall was much better than similarly priced hotels we had stayed in along our trip.

Very accommodating staff

Posted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: Staff, location, cleanliness
Location: Close to shopping and the university fieldhouse for attending concerts.
My husband likes a 1st floor room due to health issues and Days Inn staff went out of there way to accommodate our needs, the hotel was very busy due to a concert in town and they were really bogged down with guests, but still took the time. The breakfast was amazing and the two older ladies that were cooking to order were over the top friendly and the breakfast was excellent. This is the only hotel in Bozeman I will be using.
