First you walk into the kitchen and dinning room. Then to the living room and bathroom on the first level. Stairs take you up to the Master Suite, with two walk in closets, two desks, sitting area, and couch, with plenty of space. All wood floors up-stairs. Radiant floor heating and a new tile shower downstairs. Garage is heated with lots of storage and washer and dryer. Two inflatable twin beds for extra guests. Two great parks near by; Bogert Park with a pool and Lindley Park by the Library. The bowling ally is out your back door if you want to play a few frames.

Downtown Bozeman charm
We had a wonderful stay here for parent/family weekend at MSU. The location couldn’t be better. It’s a short walk to a huge variety of shops and restaurants. The house was comfortable and charming. Would definitely rent again!

Drop off at MSU!
A nice note was left for us. We spent time at the bowling alley. A 30 second walk, drinks, casino and bowling! Great location. Perfect for a couple! Will stay again when visiting my daughter at school. Go bobcats!

Quirky, cute, functional and very clean
This is a cute little home. It is functional and extremely clean. Even the closets are spotless! The mattress and bedding are comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. The large couch is great place to relax after a busy day. Sarah and Jared were wonderful communicators and very accommodating. You can tell they take pride in this home. The home is conveniently located to downtown; easy walking distance to everything. A couple of things to note: the house is tucked behind another home (basically in their backyard) so that’s where the “quirky” comes in. The driveway to the back home is narrow but we navigated it with a larger truck just fine. The front house was vacant during our stay so it was quiet and private, but it might have a different vibe if occupied. This home doesn’t have a yard. There is one cute, red Adirondack chair next to the front door so we brought a dining chair out in the morning to enjoy our coffee! It worked! With an additional chair and a little TLC it could be a cute little courtyard. We enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to book again in the future!

We were unloading our car and found that the welcome mat was placed over a big thick plank and then some lower level pavers creating about a 2 inch step down — to underneath the mat. I twisted my ankle and foot and fell. The foot was bruised and I couldn’t walk well for several days. We contacted the owner, Josh, and he said he was leading a twitter feed and would not be able to fix the situation indefinitely. We pulled the mat off and were careful then on but not a warm fuzzy experience. Also, double pane windows have lost their seal and turned bronze inside so can’t see through glass. Place has lots of potential and with a little care would be fine.

Amazing location
We absolutely loved this place! The location is amazing and the home was clean and perfect for 2 of us and our dogs. Great communication with the management too! Walk to downtown, parks, pickleball and farmers market!!

Location 100%!
This house was not fancy, but the location, comfortable mattress and provisioning were some of the best I’ve experienced at a short term rental. The house was spotless, we were right downtown (but quiet neighborhood,) and the host provided coffee and toiletries for our use during our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay right downtown!

Great location, very clean space. Hosts are very responsive and were willing to work with us when plans changed at the last minute. Only two small suggestions: side table lamps would be great and the a/c was very loud. Would definitely rent again.

Great location and a large open floor plan
The place was laid out well and was larger than expected. I enjoyed my stay quite a bit. The location was fantastic, being very close to downtown, which was great for both my work and enjoying strolls nearby on Main street and over on Peet's Hill.

Perfect location & wonderful home!
Our family are four stayed in this house, which was really the perfect location for us to walk to restaurants and attractions downtown, as well as a quick drive to outdoor adventures. Would definitely recommend to any and all!
