the property is a typical Hampton Inn, clean, quiet and well run. The bed/mattress in my room needed replacement, very saggy, and the location is a fair distance from any decent dining options, but if you have a vehicle, it's not bad as the city isn't that large.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Lobby smelled bad and room smelled of old stale cigarettes. This hotel needs a serious overhaul. I figured as. Hilton brand it would be in better shape. It was clean and the beds were fine, everything was just very old. The pool was out of service as well
When I got here, they couldn’t find my reservation. Eventually, they did find it. The staff was not helpful or friendly. The room was fine but seems kind of old.
Not the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at recently .Woke up to take hot shower and no soap or shampoo. Got dressed and went to the desk but it was hard to find an employee. When I did, he was surly and unhelpful. Fortunately an employee from the kitchen helped me. I won’t be back to this one unless the Super 8 is fully booked.
The hotel interior and exterior and the room were very clean and well maintained. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk guy was extremely helpful and friendly. He worked first shift. He gave us restaurant recommendations which we did use and the place had excellent food.
Hairdryer broken but quickly replaced!
Very outdated hotel.
Needs updating especially the shower its not working properly. Shower head not clean….
But was quiet.
Check in was listed as 3 pm but rooms weren't ready until almost 5:30 pm. We had a wedding to be at and had one hour to get ready. I was told that I could use the bathroom by the pool to change. It was not a big bathroom, no shelf to put my dress so I folded it up and layed it on the counter by the sink which just happened to be under an automatic soap dispenser and it squirted soap on my dress. When we were told the rooms were ready, ours still had the beds ripped apart. So more time to get another room. The staff were pleasant and said there was quite a shortage of staff so were running late due to that. I'm diabetic and needed some protein - no time to go to dinner so I grabbed something by the front desk. All in all, it was pretty chaotic and unpleasant only because we had a time frame to meet. Otherwise, staff were as pleasant as they could be. At breakfast the next day, there was only 2 egg omelets left and one piece of cold bacon. I probably won't return to this hotel.
The staff and the facilities matched Hampton Inn's highest standards.

Disliked: Amenities
TV didn’t work in room. Talked to front desk about it twice and someone was supposed to come fix it but never did. Needed this especially to watch news for winter storm updates but didn’t have that amenity.
Was traveling with a daughter that has allergies. Had some questions on breakfast ingredients and the attendant was very helpful in assuaging concerns. Also, advised the front desk of a security issue (exterior door was not locking) and it was promptly repaired. Good see the team caring.
The hotel was nice, slightly outdated but had everything we needed. Overcharged for my pet! $75 for one night. Won’t go there again with that pet charge.
