Very close to restaurants, great location

This is a Hilton?

Beds are hard as a rock. In room coffe maker didn’t work, staff did nothing. Children running through hallways and made pool area unusable. Definitely, not Hilton quality.

Horrible experience

Already submitted a review and this is the third email to review this stay. Horrible experience with front desk manager rika. Anger, condescending, taunting, verbal fisticuffs, very disrespectful;, everything you would not have expected at a Hilton property. Entire staff berated fact I made reservation through a 3RD PARTY. My searches indicate 33% of all online bookings for hotels are made through 3rd party but yet - my room was not ready, would not be ready until 4 (everyone else checking in at 3:30); identified reason as handicap room, which is not what my reservation indicated. She told me evidently I could not read because check in time was clearly indicated behind her on the wall as 4, again yet checking non-3rd party in before.4. My written conformation from Expedia said check in time 3:00pm. When asked to speak to manager rika indicated she was the top manager at that property and no one above her. Lied about that. Never experience this type of abuse at any brand hotel and I spend 100 nights a year in different properties all over the US. All this to a Hilton Honors member

Needs a little work

Pros: The loaction
Cons: damage on the ceiling tiles, from leakage, the beds were both super worn and soft. Stuff left behind by maids.
Location: The are was really good around a lot of restaurants and strip malls.
I booked the hotel, from Livingston, so I could come over the hill to go dancing etc., and not have to drive the pass home
