Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Stove top range and full aize fridge for cooking in the room. Close to shopping and restaurants but just far enough way that it gives a nice quiet feel. Will be staying here when im in the bozeman area from now on.

I was on a business trip with a very limited budget, so I chose this property because they said the room had a kitchen. Well, yes, they have small kitchen, but it's unusable. There are no pots, pans, or utensils. They didn't even have paper towels. You can buy breakfast from them if you want to pay $7.00 for a frozen burrito or biscuit. I ended up having to buy prepared meals (couldn't afford restaurants), and blew my budget.

Clean, convenient location to the university. Lowest price in the area. Beautiful view of the mountains, a lot of parking available. Offered a kitchenette but no glasses, utensils, plates etc. a bit loud as backs a highway

There was a chapstick left in one of our beds (like in the comforter), they did not serve a continental breakfast, and I wish they had a pool

Property was adequate for the price. The only downside was that even though smoking in the hotel is prohibited, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room and in the hallway outside our room. Not sure where it was coming from. Also when we woke up in the morning there were three police cars in the parking lot arresting a man. Not a good feeling wondering what criminal activity had taken place. Appeared it may have been a domestic violence situation.

We are a 100% non smoking property and we do enforce this with fines and removal from property if we catch any guests no following this policy.
