I stayed here in 2017 and it was absolutely wonderful. I came back because of my stay in 2017. But in 2023 I found the facility to have declined. The fixtures are worn. Cleaning the room every other day is ridiculous at the price we paid to stay here. Low flow shower heads are insane-- Montana is NOT running out of water. And to top it all off, the issues with the outside door locks is an absolute NIGHTMARE. They would NOT open no matter what I did to try and get in. Putting up a sign that says there's nothing wrong with the door locks is INSULTING. I won't be back, which is so sad. I had such a great visit in 2017.

There was a $75 pet fee added on to the cost of the room. For one night, that seems excessive, especially since our room was still being worked on for the remodel the hotel is going through. Our ceiling fan was wide open, no closet bar was installed in the closet, there was a hole random hole in the bathroom. The whole experience of staying there soured me for that Residence Inn by Marriott. I will be looking for better hotels around the area. For $400 a night, plus the added $75 per fee, I would highly suggest finding another place to stay.

Awesome location near the airport with plenty of parking and great facilities aka it sounds weird but a laundary is worth $1 Million when you’re travelling for extended periods

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed in this property. Stayed 4 years ago when it was under renovations and it did not help. The sheets were thin, not enough warm covers for a cold room. Towels were worn and small. One end of the towel bar fell off the wall. Stains on the couch. Great location is the only reason we dared to try again. Not worth the money. But staff was very helpful just bad facilities.

It was very disappointing to walk into the room and see a large stain on the couch. It seemed like the front desk needed another employee as the person was answering multiple phone calls, checking guests in, and explaining the amenities. The workout facility had no cleaner or towels. Bed was comfy.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the breakfast situation was too slow for people with flights to catch. It is understandable that the breakfast procedures are adjusted for COVID, but there should have been more than one person staffing the breakfast station. Overall though, a nice place to stay.

The staff has been very solicitous and accommodating. The room has been great, the breakfast ample, and the location conveniently located. My only qualm is that the hot tub is not hot. It feels like bathwater that is just under the hot side. As a pregnant woman I expected to just put my feet it, but it was cool enough I had my whole body in and got chilly after a while.

I've passed along your feedback to our maintenance team in regards to the temperature of the hot tub - our hot tub has a switch next to it that controls the temperature and the jets for it but it's not very intuitive on where it is/how to work it. I've gone ahead and made a sign directing guests to it and how it works, so thank you for giving us that feedback. Great Staff qith Excellent Service
Our family and friends were gifted a stay to the Residence Inn. We chose the residence inn because we have only had pleasant experiences with them during our multiple stays with them. They have superb accommodations, lots of parking and the kindest, friendliest staff. The breakfast lady was so quick, efficient and attentive to us and all eight kids in our party and was very patient with all of them whilst we ordered. The manager at the front desk seemed so eager to help us get checked in and the guy who checked us out did so effortlessly. My only concern was that we were asked not to use the pool between 10 and 12 on the Saturday of our departure because of pool maintenance which i thought was a poor use of time since they could have done that after the pool was shut down. Needless to say the whole reason why we chose to go to the pool for Christmas Day and the following morning was so that the kids could swim. The staff was truly apologetic but were were still disappointed and felt cheated, especially since as gold members we were afforded a later check out

It was a great hotel. Only downside was the train and airport close you cpuld hear. The service was amazing. Lots of amenities even with covid. It's a great place to stay!

The staff were friendly when we interacted with them, but we were disappointed that we had called ahead and requested a first-floor room but when we arrived none were available (for a dog with knee issues). The unit layout was good and we used the full kitchen, but several things in disrepair (e.g. broken curtain pulls, VERY sticky/noisy bathroom door, warped and cheap kitchen pots). It was fine but we would look for an option upon returning.
