I walked in and there was large amount of furniture in the lobby looking like they were renovating there was no one at the front desk to meet me and they had incorrect information on the website it said it was pet friendly but they didn't allow cats and so since I have a cat I had to go somewhere else and have to campaign you had to cancel
The information on the Expedia site about this hotel is incorrect. The page just says pets allowed but they only allow dogs, all other hotels that only allow dogs specify 'dogs only'. We show up and they turn us away because we had a cat and would not refund our reservation.
There was dog hair all over the bedspread, possible animal vomit on the carpet, and the carpet was wet (staff said the carpet had just been shampooed). The shower head fell off in my hand trying to adjust the spray (which didn't adjust, was bullet-pelting hard) and the shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. We won't be staying there again.
Online it says free breakfast but when I asked at check in what hours breakfast is served the woman said she’s sorry to be the messenger but they don’t do breakfast anymore and the website wasn’t updated. Secondly, at 8:52 housekeeping knocked on our door waking us up. Check out is at 11, why were they knocking any earlier than that? About an hour later they came back AGAIN and knocked. Not proper hotel/motel etiquette.
My experience with the motel was fi C e but the online description with hotels.com was.mot accurate

The room wasn’t that clean. A lot of dust on things. We couldn’t get the TV to work and the guy at the desk said we were using the wrong remote. We couldn’t find the 2 nd one. My husband went down to the desk. The guy came up acting irritated with us. He couldn’t find it either and gave the impression that he thought it was our fault. We finally found it under the bed but it had no batteries. Our confirmation from said they had breakfast but there was none. Also when we asked for our printout it said we were charged $191.00 with tax however our credit card was charged $215. They had no explanation. If we had another choice that night we would have taken it but there weren’t many rooms available on a Tuesday night.

They have no breakfast like the site advertised. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very quiet.
My own issue not navigating stairs do well. 2nd floor room. Nothing available on first floor.
I thought breakfast came with. No breakfast after 7 am. Good thing McD’s is across the street.
This property has NO Elevator!!! Carpets needed cleaning and updating. Had to ask for hand towels as there were none in the room. and bath towels were very thin. Bed was ok, but hard to get past the other issues. Will not stay here again.

Comfortable night.
Room is not fancy but everything works and we had a comfortable and quiet night.
These rooms are seriously outdated. The bathroom needs a remodel, even the hot water in the shower ran out fairly quickly. Light leaks in to the room from the window and door far more than other hotels. The bed was decent.

Not the best experience
For the price we paid I don't think that we should have had to experience: stained towels, hole in door, and a non-functioning tub drain lever. There was no one at the front desk to report the problems to when we checked out.
The water temperature at the sink and shower totally unpredictable. Hot water coming out when cold water on, shower going from hot to cold and back. Towels dingy and stained. Breakfast a total disappointment.
