Hotel grounds well kept but lots of homeless in the area felt unsafe outside pottying my dog. Room was ok but hotel seems as though there were more permanent residents than guests.

Beds were very comfortable. Room stunk as if someone steamed shellfish. The lock on the door was held together by a wire which ultimately did nothing but hold the attachment together. But my favorite was the packing tape that held the rather large picture to the wall above the bed.

I would not put purple that have younger kids around 3 above other people in a hotel. The people that were above me had a little one that they just let run and stomp all night long.i called the front desk about it they were able to stop it for so long then the kid was back at it again. People with kids should be put on the first floor due to this issue.

The hotel is great, but the staff when I checked in was not friendly and cranky. When you're travelling and your tired and checking at 3am in the morning with -40 degrees cold weather the least you want to see is a cranky and unfriendly receptionist. But the morning receptionist was the opposite, very friendly and helpful.

The staff was super friendly! Our room was right by the laundry room and was a bit noisy so they gladly upgraded us and gave us a quiet room. will definitely stay here if I'm in town again

Check in and the basics were all okay. The problem(s) for us amount to the noise throughout the night; people talking loudly/ yelling outside the window only to move indoors to the rooms near us, continuing their yelling into the wee hours of the morning. Could hear the happenings in three of four of the rooms around us.

The staff was horrible! I’m pretty sure the food service wouldn’t pass an inspection. The cleaning crew was rude. This facility is definitely on the do no stay list.

The folks at the front desk were very nice. And that’s really the only positive. The property is very run down. Dirty carpets and chipped paint in the hallways. Rooms are the same….even the tv had a big scratch to affect the picture. Bed was comfortable, though and that’s all we really needed as this was just a quick overnight for a 6am flight.

Great place; could use an update
Checkin was easy; breakfast was standard and the service was excellent. The only thing that could be improved upon is decor. The place could use an update but other than than, it was the perfect place to stop for the night!

The beds were very comfortable but looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed. we rented 2 rooms and both rooms beds had hair in the sheets. Hopefully it wasn’t because they hadn’t been washed? Carpets in rooms definitely need cleaning. Night receptionist is not friendly. We checked in too late to change rooms.

Not bad. Average motel amenities. Comfy bed and convenient location for a stop overon a long road trip. Bathroom needs a little help with cleaing…ring aroundthe tub wasn’t pleasant. Overall, not horrible, not great.
