This property is dirty room smelled floors not clean blankets smelled and dirty. super breakfast is only pancake machine no other breakfast items. Will never stay there again.

Person at the desk was very nice and helpful, it was a good place for the money. They posted that they served breakfast, it was only coffee and waffles.

Difficult to bring suit cases in front door.. nobody was manning front desk. Noise from other rooms disturbing. No remote for TV. Quality of room was very poor. Very little furniture, no stand for suitcase, bathroom and towels were poor.

We rented the king bed suite, it wasnt a suite, was the dirtiest room we stayed in by far of our 12 day road trip and was horribly dated and beat up. The toilet looked as if someone had taken a dump and not flushed. There were dead flies in the light fixtures.The property ice machine and snack machines were out of service. We will never stay at this Super 8 again. If i could submit pictures i would.

At check in there was no one at the desk. There was a phone number to call two get someone to show up and check me in. I called the number three times and no answer. I had to find a housekeeper working in a room and ask him if someone could help me. I had to wait a half hour to get checked in. I had to get somebody to make the TV work no room service unless I specifically requested it. Large pile of boxes and freight stacked in the reception/check in area. Carpet not vacuumed in the hallways. This motel looks like it is in serious decline and is terribly understaffed . It’s a shame because this motel has a fantastic location.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is a bag with 2 instant oatmeal and snack bar. There were not any towels in the room, they need to use some bleach on the towels. Front desk provided towels fresh out of the laundry at 10pm

We arrived late for check in. I did call to let them know. When we arrived there was no one in sight. I finally called the hotels number and a lady answered. She informed me that someone would be with me shortly. Waited a little bit longer & a small child entered from the back office. Then the child went to wake up her mother .. so the employee was sleeping. When we entered our room … there was a sticky spot on the floor near the bed, and the sheets on the bed had dog hair all over the pillows.

Super 8 overbooked. We did not have a room at checkin. They reassigned us to their partner property, the Travelodge which was sketchy at best. Room at Travelodge appeared to have been cleaned but there was a pile of dirty sheets in the room and the room door was open.

When I book my room it was 2 queen beds and the website said breakfast included. When we arrived we had 2 full size beds, no breakfast offered except oatmeal and our room did not have a room key. I was very disappointed for the price.

The breakfast was a package of porridge, but couldn't find a staff member to give it to us. Some maintenance issues was needed. Good location for amenities and location to Yellowstone, nice drive through the Paradise Valley.

The exterior of the property was filthy and cluttered. The front desk was unavailable for check in. Sleeping area of room was nice, good bed. Bathroom was in poor repair. Mildew on ceiling repair patch and most caulking aroind tub. Towels were stained and thread bare. I feel propert is very overpriced for condition.
