The walls in the bathroom are full of mold. The TV was missing a remote. Told to push buttons on the TV to turn it on. No replacement remote. No soap, no shampoo or conditioner. I had to go to the office to ask for it. Not feeling good at all about this reservation.

The room has a door to the hallway and one to the back of the building straight outside. The door in the back had been kicked in and the lock barley repaired. The door to the hallway had also been kicked in. Extremely unsafe as neither door could be secured. It also smelled like an ashtray full of feces and the light in the bathroom didn't work.

The staff that was there was nice. they were very short staffed. on check in they weren't sure my room was ready and had to check it personally. it looked like it had been cleaned weeks or months before. the light fixtures had bugs in them, the light above the bed didn't work and the cover was broken and left exposed for repair. The jacuzzi has cracks in it.

Staff was good facility was anything but. First room heater was off; could hang meat in it. Discovered surge protector in heater power line tripper; reset and heater fired up. Went to dinner came back heater off; would not run more than 2-3 minutes without tripping off. Staff gave us a new room; ice cold. Heater worked but could not regulate; full on or full off; had a terrible night too cold or too hot. Light fixtures in vanity area torn out; locking fixture on back side of door torn up. Will not stay there again; cannot recommend; have no idea where all the good reviews came from.

I have stayed at this travelodge at least five times now over the years. The family that owns it is very nice and while the front desk sometimes is not occupied it’s usually pretty easy to find them. Rooms are nice and comfortable, location is close to the north entrance of Yellowstone making it a good landing place after being in the wilderness. My only issue with this place is the house keeping staff. The make so much noise very early in the morning and it really put a damper on my ability to get a decent nights rest the past two trips. Singing “no sunshine” at full volume at 8 am right outside my room is not cool….

I liked the check in employee was very friendly. I did not like the room. It was not clean. Floors had crumbs and were sticky in spots. Desk and night table were sticky, I wiped them down myself. The room and linen had a bad smell. I bought Fabreeze and sprayed everything. Linen had stains and hair on them. No breakfast. Coffee had coffee grounds. Way to high priced for what is there.

Updated older hotel.
We chose to stay at this hotel because they had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was out of operation due to the need of repairs. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our room had a freezer as well as a refrigerator and a microwave. This cut down on meal cost can significantly. The hotel laundry was useful and convenient. We were able to use the business office to print out our boarding passes.

OK for a basic overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge didn’t work. They were short staffed when we stayed so check in was delayed. Also, the door to our room was wide open when we got to the room. Two other adjacent rooms were the same way (door wide open). Did they just finish making up the rooms? A bit weird and unnerving.

Surly desk attendant who wasn’t available for check in for 8 minutes. Room seemed clean except for gritty floor (outside entrance with no outside or inside mats from rough parking lot). Stripped down room with all the boxes checked: fridge (filthy), microwave, hair dryer, iron and board, (all of which we didn’t need), wifi. Cigarette butts in front of our door. Broken chain lock. The room seemed recently painted and the bed was fine. However there was no blanket, only a sheet and equally thin bedspread. We couldn’t use the heater because it smelled. The entire complex is so old and poorly maintained. It is large and was packed… primarily with people at a small casino. We obviously chose wrong. Shame on Wyndham and Travel Lodge.

I got to the motel at 8:30 pm and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. Several people came in behind me waiting also. Tried to check in and could not get the computer to work. Finally got a room and went to it to find someone else in the room already. Went back and talked to the front desk and at that time decided not to stay there and left and found another Motel.
