average hotelPosted Sep 27, 2015
I reserved a single king room through expedia. When I checked in, the hotel staff did not tell me that they didn't have this type of room available, they just put me in a double queen room. I found out when I was checking out that the hotel was going to give me a coupon for dinner at the hotel restaurant because they couldn't accommodate my room reservation. This did no good because I had already completed my stay at the hotel. The check out lady said "next time I stay there" they will give me a dinner coupon. I won't be staying there again. Room was average - there were crushed up mints on the carpet in the room. I like the Livingston area and there are lots of fishing spots to explore in the area but the hotel is pretty average. The free breakfast was hot and good. That was probably the best part about the hotel.

Adequate.Posted Sep 15, 2015
Hotel needs some updating. It appears to be in transition so maybe there are plans to update. Beds were a bit too firm. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Like earthquakes? Then this is the hotel for you!Posted Sep 12, 2015
Pros: It was available on Labor Day weekend, and we didn't see any bugs.
Cons: There is a lot, but I would suggest focusing on sound-proofing and stabilizing the structure so that people walking around don't disturb others.
Location: Just over and hour from Yellowstone. Close to Bozeman (which I would recommend staying in, because Livingston sucked).
Expectations were low for this hotel, as we booked last minute over Labor Day weekend and very few hotels were available near Yellowstone. Unfortunately, even though my expectations were low, I still managed to be disappointed. Pros: The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and there was private garage parking. Cons: The hotel could use major updating. The patrons were...interesting...as there was a casino and lounge just off the front desk, which many locals seemed to enjoy. The rooms were average, but extremely noisy. You could hear everyone talking on our floor and above. You could also feel them walking around, so it felt as though we were staying on an active earthquake fault line. We woke up early to get out of this hotel and back on the road. I definitely would not stay here again.

Needs some tlcPosted Aug 22, 2015
My husband and I stayed here because it was convenient to Yellowstone park. The room was large and roomy. We did have difficulty finding enough outlets to charge our phones and tablets. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. There is a parking garage which we used. The weather was very hot, and parking on the garage helped keep the inside of the car from getting hot. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but did tend to be slightly over-cooked. They did seem to be put of almost everything on the menu (no ribs, no prime rib, etc.). The complimentary breakfast was very good. We were on an extended vacation, and this was one of the best complimentary breakfasts that we had in any hotel. The hotel could use some updating and redecorating, but we would consider staying here again of in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great staff, hotel needs work.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: The staff was great, the breakfast was good, parking garage was handy, ok location.
Cons: Hotel needs a remodel
Location: Close to good restaurants, less than an hour to Yellowstone north gate
Didn't smell great, no fridge in room, no fan in bathroom, had to get new key cards twice, cleaning staff kept turning A/C off, only 1 unused wall socket near door.

Nice hotel for 1 nite family stayPosted Aug 16, 2015
Front desk check-in was very friendly & helpful. Printed out directions to a nearby attraction for us. Room was spacious & clean. Air Conditioner did not work well in the heat so we did not sleep as well as we would have liked. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Free garage pkg was nice. Favorite part was the nearby historic downtown Livingston. Was awesome!!
