We ended up being stranded in Bradford PA because our vehicle died. We were checked in to this hotel on the spur of the moment and everybody was very helpful and understanding. We had to renew our reservation and stay a second night and again they were very accommodating to be able to keep us in the same room.

The hotel was very dirty. It seems that the halls and stairs haven’t been vacuumed in at least 1 year. The room carpet was disgusting. Someone had thrown soda or something to the elevator door and it was never cleaned. The only good thing about the location was that it was by the highway so we were able to get out of there pretty quick.

The new lobby of this hotel is very nice. The room looked updated and seemed fairly clean, stained carpets/furniture. I did find a water bottle cap that wasn’t ours next to the bed, so I’m not sure how well everything was cleaned. The pool is FREEZING, that was my fault for not reading reviews before booking and my son was the only one that could stand getting in. It took about 10 minutes for hot water in the shower. Halls smelled like pot (or skunk) you decide. Which didn’t bother me until it started coming through our heater every time it turned on - we were traveling with a 3 year old and 5 month old, so semi concerning. I would rate breakfast a 3/10. There was no juice of any kind, the pancake machine was down, no oatmeal in the oatmeal warmer, the eggs were terrible. Really the only edible part of the whole breakfast was the warmed up frozen sausage links. The staff was friendly enough. Can’t expect too much for around $100.

Unless you’re looking for a dirty, skunk smelling hotel. It’s not for you. All the reviews stated it was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was great! I’d have to disagree to it all.

I recently read some bad reviews about this property due to remodeling. I can tell you that I did not find it to be a problem. The construction workers were courteous, the hotel workers were good. Everything was clean as it usually is. (I stay her several times a year) Breakfast was good.

i do not ever put a bad review, i spend alot of weekends traveling for sports and i understand that some things are just out of everyone's control! HOWEVER, i will never stay here again... after driving 2.5 hours to get there, arrived hours after check in time our room was not ready, Contruction was being done on ground floor, no restroom was usable, couldn't get into our room! no apologies, I'm sorry for the inconvenience! pool was frigid my children wouldn't even swim in it! awful experience!

The staff wasn’t great! I asked for more towels and housekeeping told me she didn’t have any as she put her hand over the stack of towels on her cart. So I had to ask for towels at 10pm when we returned. The one desk person was miserable and had an attitude. The parking lot did not have enough spaces, we came back from our event and had to park in the grass along with several other cars.

They were undergoing renovations which were not listed on my reservation. Staff was dirty and had no clue of what was going on. Halls were dirty, actual piles of dirt and garbage in hallways. The only good worker was the young kid doing breakfast. He was a good kid. Hallways smelled of smoke as did the elevator. Definitely do not recommend. M

Front desk gave keys to room. We purchased the whirlpool tub room. Walked in with our ten year old Son to a naked man and woman that were given our room the night before! Mind blowing and disturbing. The couple were permitted to keep our whirlpool tub room.

The property is under complete construction. I called before making reservations, this would have been nice to know. The dust is unbearable, the tub fell apart and crap came out of the drain, mid bath. The staff was unprofessional, rude and didnt seem to care that nothing was working. We are very disappointed to celebrate this way.

The hotel has potential, but it was gross. The furniture and bed had stains on it. There was a stench of smoke throughout the room, and coming out of the heater, despite being a non-smoking room. The whirlpool, when filled had a gross brown film on top of the water.

Okish for a quick stay.
The hotel is under total renovation, so you walk into a construction zone. Pool was nice, breakfast was pretty good, but the rooms were dirty, floor was stained, couch was stained, drips of something down the mattress cover (gross) even still had tape in walls from a prior function.

Deplorable conditions. Everything is completely covered in drywall dust. The entire lobby. No warning. No attempt to conceal the mess/dust. It’s horrible. The room is gross & completely outdated. The flooring is worn and the beds are like rocks. Never again. I cannot believe I didn’t turn around and walk out while I had the chance!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This Hilton location as disgusting. They are renovating, so the entire front entrance is all torn up and covered in dust. we were then given the wrong room, we requested and paid for 1 king size bed and were given a room with 2 full size beds. The carpets smelled and were stained, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke and weed and thought the room was listed as a non smoking room. The girl who checked us in was either sleeping in the back or on drugs. She was very out of it and very unprofessional. The whole experience was awful and we will be reaching out to Hilton corporate offices to report this location fit her and will be seeking full reimbursement for our stay.

After a very very long day on the road all I wanted to do was go to bed and get some sleep. When I got to my room it smelled of cigarette smoke. I then noticed that someone had used the bed and there were used towels on the floor of the bathroom. It seemed to me as if someone used the room for a break. Watched some TV had a smoke and a shower.
