“Rooms were very clean, but quite small. We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each, but 1 room had just 1 bed. Expedia said “sleeps 3”. How do 3 people fit into 1 queen bed? They had no other rooms for us, so 1 kid had to sleep on the floor. We were excited for the pool, but they wanted 10 euros each to use it!! On the plus, it had an amazing buffet breakfast. Free airport shuttle.”

“The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.”

“Overall, this hotel is quite good. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is also nice. We checked in late at night on March 20 due to a flight delay. The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat.
