Towering trees and lush greenery surround this 2-level home, with the vast, grassy backyard extending to a peaceful cove in Pelican Lake, featuring a private dock positioned perfectly for aquatic activities. A 26-foot pontoon boat is available for rent to maximize your fun on the water.

In the living room, you’ll find a large L-shaped sofa and 2 armchairs facing the wall-to-wall glass doors, which lead to the private deck. Slide open the doors for an indoor/outdoor entertainment area, perfect for gathering with your family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space as well as updated appliances, so you can prepare delicious meals with ease. Gather around the 4-person dining table or head out to the massive furnished deck to dine al fresco with a panoramic view of the lake.

The downstairs family room is perfect for cozy movie nights spent curled up on the sofa with a movie playing on the flat-screen Smart TV.
