Other than the dbag water park Manager who was more interested in his pony tail, making basket ball shots, flirting with women and his lame tattoos on his arms it was fun. We have been to other water parks and this one by far lacked the professional life guarding so watch your kids close. For the price compared to other close by hotel / water parks it was worth it.

I just wanted to drop you a personal note to thank you for taking the time to do our survey and for being our guest. We are a small family owned hotel and your patronage is very much appreciated. As a former pool supervisor I'm sure you've seen and heard the entire range of comments regarding lifeguards, It's a much tougher job than people realize. I share your concern about the conditions you witnessed, especially the ball hitting your child, that's unacceptable and will be discussed. It's important you know, and I'm being 100% honest, that this is the first negative comment all season regarding the water park supervisor. In fact I have many, many comments on how outgoing and friendly he is and how much the kids love him. Please know that I respect your comments and that each and every comment is seen by the entire staff. I do apologize for not living up to your expectations and hope at some point you can return. Thank you for staying with us, I hope you can return soon. Mark
