Perfect Stay

Pros: Everything
Location: There is a mall about 0.5 miles away. It has nice restaurants to choose from for a family dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel. We experienced no problems in our stay. The heated indoor pool is nice. The whirlpool is fantastic. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Staff are wonderful. Also, the rooms were clean.

Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. MB

One of the best complimentary breakfast

The variety of food caters to most preferences. I love the fresh berries and the happy lady refilling the offerings! Their lobby has complementary coffee, tea and donuts after breakfast and until late at night. Bed, sofa bed, bedsheets and towels are of good quality. They have mouth wash but don't have a shower cup. Their shuttle driver is pleasant. Remember that Hampyon Inn drops off and picks up from the Quincy Adams station and not the Braintree end of the Red line. The $25 charge upon check-in is torn up upon check out. No charge is made to the credit card. I wanted to correct what I wrote in the Expedia survey. The housekeeping staff are friendly, and the reception staff are professional; however, it would be more pleasant if they smile.

Nice Hotel

I asked cleaning staff to comeback in half hour to clean my room, they said okay. I went out with my family - cameback around 10:00pm; to my surprise, my room was not cleaned - I found it the same condition I left it. I had to call the front desk to at least send someone to remove the trash. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Thank you!

Comfortable hotel close to shopping

It is convenient to stay there I like the small bag that contains water, an apple, and some sweets give in the morning

Boston Vacation

We were in Boston area for the week and stayed here two nights, location is easy T ride into the City for Red Sox and Anything downtown. Shuttle will take you back and forth from the T station which was great. Connor (shuttle driver) is a top notch representative for the Hotel. GM and other day shift desk staff was great - the overnight staff person called us at 215am in our room which was a bummer and not reflective of the overall staff. otherwise we would stay there again - wicked good !

Not the room I paid for.

I recommend this hotel based in the service, cleanliness, and it's proximity to Boston. I did have a problem with my reservation, because I selected a room with two queen size beds, but the hotel gave me a room with only one. When I told them about the mistake, they said that they did not have another room available, and that our room had a sofa bed that we could use. After driving for four hours from NYC, I was to tired to argue or to find other accomodations, so we stayed. I feel cheated, and I will speak to Hotels.com about this matter.

Not worth the price

This Hampton Inn is overpriced at $250 / Night for being outside Boston- 40 minute drive into Boston every morning. Location is awful- in a business park next to a factory! It did not seem safe. Staff was NOT friendly. They were curt and unfriendly. I wish I hadn't stayed there for our Boston vacation.
