Very pleasant experience.. I would stay here again if in the area. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Convenient hotel up a hill. Inexpensive. Clean and equal to what else is in the area.

Horrible customer service. Nothing else I can say. Will not stay here again. No one is on the right page with one another!

Warm welcome, Friendly Staff

I arrived late on a bitter cold night and received a warm welcome at the front desk. My room was comfortable and clean. The next morning there was an ample breakfast buffet with eggs, make-your-own waffles, hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. The hotel is convenient to Route 128 (around the perimeter of Boston) and the expressway right into Boston. I have no complaints, only a positive experience.

Not the best Hampton Inn location

Check in was ok. The hotel was seriously under staffed for New Years Eve. The woman at the front desk was expected to handle check ins, phone calls from outside and inside the hotel. I overheard her tell one of the guests that called that they had no extra blankets to offer and that extra pillows would take a while to get to them. We did have an issue with our tv remote and the front desk brought us a replacement super fast. We wanted to use the pull out sofa but remembered that there were no blankets that could be acquired and only a sheet on the pull out. We used the pool, but had to ask the front desk for towels. The woman looked worried when I asked, she said she was unsure if she would be able to find any. What? The shower in our room did have some black mold around the caulk. Probably only noticed it because I took a bath rather than a shower. My shower in the am, the water was warm, not hot like I prefer. The breakfast was good. I do wish they had more than one waffle maker, but the selection was decent. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn locations, I must admit I was a little disappointed with this one. I probably would not recommend it unless looking for a less expensive option close to Boston.
