Room was cramped, dark, and not as clean as I would have hoped. Staff were largely indifferent and did not seem to care about customers. Lighting in the room was very poor. We had to change rooms because the first room they assigned us had an overwhelming smell of acetone. Will avoid this property in the future.

When we arrived, the receptionist spent about 15 minutes on the phone on a call that seemed to be personal and only then did we answer. The mattresses are terrible, the shower is broken and the water doesn't heat up. I asked them to change our room and they said that unfortunately there were no more rooms available.

I ordered the room with king size bed, but got 2 doubles. There was leakage from the ceiling dripping right on the bed. We had to move to another bed, but not fall asleep from the sound of the drip. The romantic night was ruined, my girlfriend had left, and I had to finally move to another unit after midnight. In the morning someone broke into my room without knocking the door. Horrible night!

I have mixed feeling about my stay because I was told breakfast was the best which it wasn’t it was actually nasty in my opinion and I don’t mean this in a disrespectful way , i did see a lot of mold in different areas of the hotel down stairs and up stairs and ice machine! But anyways my room was okay the tv was blue screen which I know for a fact tv shouldn’t be like that, but I overall enjoyed the pool and hot tub honestly was Better than the last hotel I booked there pool actually looked clean and decent hot tub was also nice enjoyed that very much!!! I think I would come again I would just make sure I go out for breakfast instead! And definitely would hope my tv isn’t blue screen in another room

Overall property is okay, bathroom ceiling paint was chipping , breakfast was pretty basic but good , staff was wonderful , right off major highway and close to mall and movies . I did call a few days and prior to arrival as I did book the hotel for a hot tub. When arrived the hot tub was out of service
