Great location but...

This hotel has a great location, however, that is about it. The staff are not friendly. One elevator was broken, so there was only one working for everyone. About 2 hours after checking in, I along with others got stuck in the only working elevator. Staff, along with the fire department worked diligently to get us out, but it was very disappointing. My hotel room was extremely dusty to the point that I needed to turn off the air conditioning because it was blowing out so much dirt/dust. I was thoroughly disappointed, because of the price I payed for two nights. I will not be staying here again.
