Nice hotel and location

I liked my stay at this hotel for the most part. I enjoyed my room and the breakfast buffet. I did not like the fact that my 1st room seemed as if the walls were so thin or just the location of the room, I was able to hear everything the ppl next door had to say. But then I let one of the front desk associates know and they were so nice they changed my room and the rest of my stay was comfortable. I was also able to go get food next door at Fridays for dinner the night before that was convenient.

Great location near mall and restaurants

Some unpleasant Staff, a bit rude to guests. Need more customer service skills. I went to desk because key card didn't work. Desk clerk told me to keep it away from phones, I told her it was in my pocket only, not near anything, she replied, Im just telling you! I told her thank you for just telling me. On another occassion, I called down to lobby to inquire about ordering a pizza, when I asked the size and price, the response was, don't you see it in your room menu. Also, Stairways were dirty and neglected they Looked very unkept, like we were outside. Elevator was broken and there was no laundry room. Bathroom was ok, no real excitement. Probably will not go back! Gym and pool appeared nice.

Great place to stay

Stood for a business trip and would stay again. No regrets. Spa/pool was nice and clean. Didn't like it too much that my room was in the hallway of the pool area, so it smelled of chlorine(better than funk). Staff was kind and friendly from start to finish. The room was very clean. I wish they had lotion in the bathroom because the water made my skin dry. Best free breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. Planning on visiting Boston for the summer and this will be my hotel of choice. there is also a mall and plenty to eat and do near by. 15 min drive to downtown Boston.

It was a most excellent stay

The hotel's accommodations and staff were excellent. Our family received the best hospitality during a difficult occasion. I highly recommend this hotel. Is amenities and proximity to the intrastate, restaurants and a large mall are also what set this hotel apart.

Nice Room

Pros: Room was very nice
Cons: Staff needs to be more responsive when clientele is not abiding by rules.
Location: Across from mall however they had an active shooter event. 30 cruisers responded. Lots of restaurants very convenient.
Clientele and hotel staff very poor. Domestic violence fight at 3 am lasted entire hour. Staff did nothing. we were calling 911. Dog left alone in room across hall barked two hours. Housekeeping was outstanding! They were very accommodating and flexible.

Beautiful

Pros: Most everything
Cons: Perhaps concierge guy could do with a sleep
Location: Hotel provides shuttle to train station to get into Boston proper. Across road huge shopping mall.
Great hotel. Lovely breakfast and great room. Lobby was inviting. Just over the road is a huge mall for shopping and eating - great. By and large staff were great but we experience d one passive aggressive concierge guy - wanted more of a tip is my guess.

Staff needs to learn customer service

I was dissatisfied with staff. I had to wait long to check in. I ordered food and wait time was also very long as no one was at front desk when my food was ready for pick up. the TV in my room was not working. When breakfast was served the was a staff member who followed me around watching me as I selected my food and I thought this was very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed!

Very Nice Hyatt

Pros: The front desk personnel and restaurant is great. Great job to house keeping.
Cons: Would recommend new towels. They are getting a really used feel!
Location: The two main restaurants near hotel is TGI-Fridays and Legal Seafood.... I rate them POOR at best! Up the road is a Braintree at 412 Franklin st.
Every thing was great as always! Staff always on the ball. I do recommend Hyatt Management to meet with local restraints and inspect for quality seeing hotel has limited service for food. I have stayed at this Hyatt many times to visit family local. However, Local restaurants are bad quality on food and service.

Great place to stay for mini family reunion.

Cons: clean grout in shower
Location: convenient to Boston and the Cape.
staff was nice rooms large and clean. only the shower grout could muse a little work. Breakfast was very good, better than most hotel breakfasts.
