Pros: Location, Staff, Facilities, Breakfast
Location: Right off of hiway 93. Resturants, mall are nearby. Excellent location
Very good hotel, Great breakfast. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Shuttle to the T is the best way to travel to Boston and Cambridge.

Weekend Escape.

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: A thunderstorm hit the area and the cable kept going out. They did not get it together in restoring this amenity in a fashionable amount of time.
Location: Legal Seafood within walking distance, TGIF, Pier 1, Macy's and other stores/venues.
Left NYC for a quick getaway to Boston. The Hyatt Plaza in Braintree, MA was clean, front-desk staff very professional and accommodating. Hotel is close to the highway and easy to find. Our room was immaculate, comfortable bed and lounge chair, lovely bathroom except no ventilation system. We were in a 'room with no view,' but the amenities made up for the lack of view. Breakfast was overwhelmingly delicious and a vast variety to satisfy all palates. The "sage sausage" from the breakfast hot buffet was a big hit with my friend.

Ideal area, plenty to appear

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Friendliness, complimentary breakfast, swimming facilities, plenty parking, shuttle bus, nearby restaurants, shops, road networkst
Cons: Less noisy air conditioning.
Location: Ideal area as hotel minutes from shopping mall, restaurants, cinema, Houghton pond train station and road network for seeing area
Had a brilliant holiday and this was an ideal hotel to tour around the area. Staff friendly and helpful and always greeted us on our return to hotel each day with genuine interest of what/where we had been. Shuttle buses a bonus and despite having a hire car we would ride shuttle to train station and pay $5.30 return each to spend day in Boston without traffic problem or parking costs. Breakfast was ideal and plenty of choice and tables cleaned regularly. Indoor and outdoor pool available as well as gym equipment but we did not use these. Did have a drink in the bar on an evening and whilst bar area was quiet, with very few guests using it, the staff were very friendly to chat with. Our room was quite large and had a sitting room area. Very clean room, but if I have any criticism the air conditioning system was noisy so we did not use it and instead left window open and as we were at back of building there was very little road noise. Also the bath was worn; had a couple of junks of enamel broken on the base of bath and the tiles above bath could have done with a deep clean with bleach. These two issues did not in anyway spoil our time at hotel or our holiday.

Not your typical Hyatt

Posted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Facilities need improvement
Location: Location is good for anything south of Boston. Shopping and decent restaurants very close.
I normally seek out a Hyatt when I travel. My experience has always been you get what you pay for. This last stay was not up to typical Hyatt standards. I stayed on the 5th floor. First night I dealt with bugs - spiders mostly. It rained very hard while I was there and I was woken to water dripping on me and my bed. The staff was courteous, but did not offer any compensation for my room issues. At the very least I was expecting a room change.

Great location & amenities

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Staff was great. At check in I requested a room with 2 beds instead of 1 king and got it. Room was handicap accessible and HUGE! Everything was clean. Pools were great. Breakfast was great! Beds & pillows too soft for me.
