Great location near mall and restaurants

Some unpleasant Staff, a bit rude to guests. Need more customer service skills. I went to desk because key card didn't work. Desk clerk told me to keep it away from phones, I told her it was in my pocket only, not near anything, she replied, Im just telling you! I told her thank you for just telling me. On another occassion, I called down to lobby to inquire about ordering a pizza, when I asked the size and price, the response was, don't you see it in your room menu. Also, Stairways were dirty and neglected they Looked very unkept, like we were outside. Elevator was broken and there was no laundry room. Bathroom was ok, no real excitement. Probably will not go back! Gym and pool appeared nice.

We have spoken with our Front Desk team who is terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and will look to improve the quality of their service based on your feedback. We also apologize for the inconveniences you were caused as a result of our elevator being down; our Engineering team has since rectified the issue. We have also passed your comments along in regards to the stairwells and bathrooms to our Housekeeping team for further review. Our goal is to always provide great service that will make you want to return again and again.
