Mediocre at best

Just as a comparison, we stayed at the Hyatt house Mt. Laurel the night before so I am comparing across the brand. We had a few weddings over the weekend and since we had the days free we only wanted hotels with pools. Our room at Brachburg was significantly smaller that ML. We asked if there was another layout and explained the one at ML. We were told each Hyatt house is different and they didn't have rooms with separate bedrooms. Upon a neighbor's door swinging open, we saw the same room we had the night before. Although the hotel has quiet hours it was loud at night after we returned home from a Saturday evening wedding. The hotel offers free breakfasT from 7-10. We came down at 9 and it was a zoo. It's in the lobby and there are tables, but the room was jam packed and there weren't enough seats. We changed into bathing suits and get to a locked pool. The front desk told us that the pool was "busy" the night before and now nobody could use it because it has to be chemically treated. The pool is locked at 10pm which means people had to climb the fence to get in. The pool is right off the lobby so how were they unaware of what was going on and stopped it? This completely shot our entire day since we planned on spending it by the pool. The hotel is poorly run at best and I would never stay at this location again.
