The worst

Sorry but this hotel was not clean at all. The room was not clean and the had roaches and the sheets were dirty. The carpet was so nasty. I will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

A roach crawled out of my mother’s purse 1/3 seen

Staff was. VERY VERY polite, friendly, helpful. During my mom and aunts hotel stay they saw several roaches, which ruins the whole stay

Traveling through

Pros: The convenience and price.
Cons: The bathroom plumbing issues as stated.
Location: Close to the interstate. Lots of chain restaurants and shopping nearby.
Found a great deal on Expedia for one night while traveling through on business. The hotel complex was very clean and appealing. Was able to get coffee at 6am in the front office. (had to wait a few minutes, I thought it was 24/7) The bathroom has some plumbing issues. The plug for the sink was inoperable, the toilet kept flushing and there was NO HOT WATER FOR THE SHOWER! That was a real problem. The bed and pillows were OK.

Had room for 2 nights only stayed one strong odor of someone smoking all night and the bed was hard room floor not clean

Hotel desk staff was great, but the room conditions were awful. TV did not work, sheets had not been changed and were dirty.

Close to brandon mall and to I75

The hotel is good but the front desk lady wasnt too nice, I walked in to the front desk to check in and she didnt say anything to make me welcome she just said we dont have any rooms available until 3pm and all that time she did not made eye contact with me as a customer and I think thats really rude.

Hotel staff very pleasant! As for the room it was very dirty. TV did not work, bed sheet were dirty. Not happy with the room.

The front desk staff was very welcoming . She was very helpful and knowledgeable in the policies and the hotel geographics. The room was room ready and clean . Very comforting and spacious. I had to ask for extra sheets and the front desk was very helpful. Bathroom clean, kitchen clean , carpet clean .. And thank you for the complementary coffee

Pros: nothing
Cons: Better kept up. cleaner rooms better guest staying there
Area was dirty room did not feel clean. I did not feel safe in this room. Very shady guest walking all around the grounds. Very large bug jumped on my daughter. Refrigerator was dirt and stained on outside.
