The front desk person was great, very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in plenty of Brandon hotels and I would say this is top 5.

The new employee who assisted me to check in did a fine job. As per my expectations and experience with Lakeview, my room was very clean and tidy in appearance. The continental breakfast features cold and hot options. There’s a great Greek restaurant that shares the hotel parking lot (behind hotel: Albert’s [spanakopita is very good]). There are other fast food and sit down options within short walk. Free parking.

A good option for a short term stay. Bed was comfy and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The property is starting to show its age and could use some updating. the breakfast had limited options however covered basics.

I was disappointed in the fact that there was a limited supply of eggs and bacon. The egg that I did finally get after waiting was stone cold. The bacon never was replenished. Also, although the coffee was very good it took forever to get from the machine. This resulted in a lineup much longer than necessary. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfy. Our only concern was the breakfast facilities.

We were looking for a reasonably-priced hotel that was clean and comfortable. This one fit the bill and more. our room was really exceptional - it was perfectly clean, spacious, and had wonderfully comfortable beds.
