Incredible location! One block (0.2 miles) to Parker Memorial Park and Branford Point Beach. Conveniently located to the train station, to the center of town and scenic marinas. Enjoy a peaceful day in the private park like your backyard or take a short walk to the beach. Please note a parking pass is required to park at the beach and park. You will need to walk to both locations. Please note this is the second floor of a multi family house.
Exterior security cameras are located at all entrances and the garage for the safety and security of the property and our guests.

Great property and location
This was a perfect place for my husband and me to stay when in the area to visit family! The upstairs unit was clean, well equipped, and in a great location near a little beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was also very responsive. Highly recommended!

Ideal Location for our visit to CT
Heather is an amazing person allowing us to book last minute and extend beyond our initial departure date. The property is perfect - the interior is completely redone with a great layout for guests. It has all that you could need for cooking and a full size washer & dryer. Definitely a great place to stay.
