This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, staff was very kind and breakfast was good. We were able to get a family suite and it was very convenient. For the price I would definitely stay there again.

Worth the stay
I love the decor. It's warm and comfortable. The only issue is the card readers were buggy and the exterior door wouldn't work at all. Very frustrating.

Our family stayed in a family suite and really enjoyed it! This is a very clean, reasonably priced, family friendly place to stay! The breakfast was wonderful and we loved all the home like touches everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

Good stay!
Staff was all super friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety and was good. The staff working the breakfast were particularly friendly. My only complaint was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped.

After making the reservation, and paying for the stay, my son was not allowed to stay because he had an ID with a local address on it. He has not lived locally for months and was even showing the staff mail with his current address on it. There is nothing stating this policy in their booking information. The hotel is refunding some, but not all of what was paid for the room that he was refused assess to. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

Night clerk friendly and helpful. This place may not be for everyone. It is a value priced stay so comparing it to high end hotels is not fair. Mattresses could use a refresh and you can skip the powdered egg breakfast BUT it was a comfortable, quiet stay at a good price. I would definitely stay again.

I had read the reviews and this property seem to be amazing. I had a regular hotel I usually stayed at when I went to Branson but I thought I would try this one. This place was wonderful. The room was great very spacious and very clean. The ladies in the breakfast room were very friendly and the food was good. I had a really positive attitude when I walked in to check in but come to find out the gentleman who checked me in must’ve been having a rough day because he wasn’t very pleasant … I kind of felt more like I was interrupting what he was doing. Later that afternoon, we came across a beautiful lady that was pregnant sitting at the front counter when we came in she was awesome, She smiled and greeted us and it definitely made up for the gentleman who wasn’t very pleasant at check inn. I do believe we will stay here again.

This was an inexpensive hotel that was surprisingly comfortable and inviting. It is an older hotel but it has everything you need. The hot breakfast was good.

One of the cleanest properties in Branson. It is an older hotel that has the basic amenities and customer service that is top notch. Denny went out of his way to accomodate our needs when a family emergency popped up. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Decent Budget Stay
Overall a good experience with some issues that might bother some more than others. For the price and budget motel category it was clean with friendly staff. The biggest issue for me was the mattress, it was old and worn with permanent indentations that caused it to be uncomfortable and hurt my back. The rooms could use updating but are well maintained. Hotels.com didn’t mention the in-room microwave and mini-fridge, glad the pictures were accurate. Not much of a view and tiny pool along with a very small bathroom we’re other negatives. The good outweighs the bad and we’d stay again if the price is right.

Nothing fancy but clean. They even had air fresheners in the hallways. Friendly staff and full breakfast. Short drive to attractions. Good price $150 for two nights. If I go back to Branson it’ll be where I stay.

Budget Quality
Was just an okay stay. Staff was friendly, pleasant, and present throughout; minus about a 10 min wait to check out at end of our stay when no one was available at the desk. Property appears clean but it’s quite evident it is an older motel that could use some updating/remodeling because the condition of the furniture/rooms can contradict that impression. Lamp light was out, poor water pressure, damage to credenza holding fridge/microwave, curtain not completely attached to rack, could use fresh paint, and the tub has seen better days. Hallway plug ins attempt to provide fresh scent but a bit too strong/overwhelming that it can take your breath a bit. Lobby is small but welcoming and breakfast attendants very accommodating. It’s not bad for a quick overnight if passing through if you are wanting to find budget friendly place. As noted, the staff are very kind and maintain the cleanliness but you can only do the best with what you have to work with. I remember coming there some 15 years back or so and remember fresh chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and an updated feel to the rooms but appears to be the same furniture after considerable wear from lengthy use without upgrades. Probably wouldn’t recommend or revisit until renovations are made but for a budget price you’ll get budget quality.

Overall stay was very good
The hotel was very good especially for the price. It was a bit away from the parks which was fine with us. The area was very well lit. I was able to walk first thing in the morning because I felt safe. The room was large enough for 1 adult and 2 teenagers and was clean and well stocked. The front desk people were very helpful and nice.

The property was very clean and the staff were excellent. The biscuits at breakfast were probably the best I’ve had at a continental breakfast!!! The microwave in my room wasn’t working properly and I was able to tell staff before checking out and they promptly wrote it on a to-do list (I’d didn’t stay long enough to see if it was fixed, but they were attentive nonetheless). The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. I would definitely stay here again! You can’t beat the price and comfort of the room. I’ll be back for the biscuits.
