Terrible experience all around.

Cons: Needs better breakfast choices.
Check in was a joke, three rooms later (first two had people in them) we finally got in our room. Requested extra towels and wash clothes and never got them.

Out of our four-day stay at the American Eagle they ran out of breakfast food 2 days in a row, many flies in the room., lights in room most didn't work, the rooms smelled, we had to go buy room spray , all I can say is the staff working there were very polite., beds were terrible to sleep on., I would not stay there again.,

Thank you for staying with us. We have been having issues with our food orders. As far as I am aware you never mentioned anything about the issues you were having. we could have fixed the lights and we have our own air freshener. We are working on renovating the motel for a more positive experience. Thank you for the kind comments about our staff.

Pros: Location, late/early morning check in
Cons: Housekeeping needs to pay more attention and be more thorough
Alex was very helpfull with the reservation, the very early morning arrival and the late check out. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was. Had the room not already had 2 dirty towels hanging from the hook on the back of bathroom door upon our arrival and the brown stain on the white top cover being used as the bedspread I would have not questioned the cleanliness of the room. But they were there and I cannot change my opion. I would have expected this from a cheaper motel (why I we didn't go to one of those), it was completely unacceptable. We did not need much for comfort as we had our RV with us but had to stay in a hotel the one night as we arrived in Branson a day early and the campsite was not available any earlier than our original reservation. On the up side it appears we did not come out with bedbugs!

I apologize that we did not deliver on your last stay. If the AC did not work in the room we could have put you in another one, if that was the case you did not let us know. We are currently having problems with the front lobby ac.

Location: We were in Branson. it was close to the strip..:0)
front desk people didn't look happy at all. We had a few issues. but they took care of.:( Hope they can get it together soon ..

The hotel for 5 of us, was a little small, but we managed. The cleanliness of the room was perfect! The front desk could have been more friendlier, but other than that we will definitely stay here again!

Clean, older, decent value for the price

The room was clean and bug-free. It has not been upgraded in awhile but the beds were comfortable. The TV was old and smaller than most places offer now. In the room, the toilet was noisy and the fan in the bathroom was noisy. Any other noise came from the street and the traffic from the neighboring theatre. WIFI wasn't great, couldn't get it to come up the second night. But remember ... clean and bug-free and very reasonably priced.
