Older hotel. Needs some updating.

Stool was so small and so low I could hardly use it and get up off of it. TV was newer, but sound would go so low I could hardly hear it, then come back up to normal. Was put in upstairs, and we are over 60. We didn't want to complain, but stairs sure were hard for us to climb. There was only a few people staying there. Was woke up by front office at 8 am wanting to know if we checked in with a credit or debit card. So much for sleeping in. The next morning, an early call was to let us know they would be in to change out our mattress. Really bad timing this trip.

We have recently upgraded all of our TV's to 42 inch flat screens. We just this past week replaced our mattresses. We are always striving to improve the quality of our hotel for all our guests to enjoy. When looking at your reservation I do see you booked a value room up 1 flight of stairs, this was booked with an online company. You received a discounted price for taking the stairs. We did have ground level available at a small upcharge. Please let us know on your next visit and we would be happy to take care of that request if it is available. The rooms are ground select rooms. Nice room

Nice room with a great bed. With just some minor repairs this hotel could rate 5 stars. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good room for a great price.

Friendly and Accommodating

Stayed here as a base for 5 generation family gathering. Staff was accommodating and rooms worked well for our needs.

Angel inn Branson close to strip

We stay there almost every time we go. The only suggestion would be improving the breakfast . We are in Branson once a month to see Jerry Presley Elvis Live

Nice hotel

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here ,it is an older motel it is clean but does show some aging. I have no complaints at all. Staff is wonderful from the lady who checked us in to a maintence man who helped with a flat tire. Very nice people

Close to convention center

I would recommend this hotel if needing a place to stay close to the convention center. If you do stay be prepared to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Their soap is mounted on the wall which is only shampoo and body wash. Also, the breakfast included was not the best. Do not plan on filling up before heading out. Another thing if you are a cold natured person don't forget a comforter!!

Not Classy, But Cheap.

Older lady at desk refused to put out more food for breakfast. An hour or so after it opened for bfast, only 3 apples and biscuits to eat. I've stayed here over 10 times in the past 5 years, won't be anymore...sorry.
